Earlier this week, I stopped at the South Knoxville Buddy’s on Chapman Highway for a quick lunch. What a great experience! The food was amazing, the store was spotless and the service was refreshingly perfect! Far too often these days you leave a restaurant disappointed. Disappointed in either in the food, the customer service or BOTH! Clearly the manager has done a great job training his staff and it shows! Thanks guys!

The slaw was fresh, the green beans were tasty and the fries were hot and plentiful. The bbq pork was some of the tastiest we’ve ever had at Buddy’s .

Although the food is always good, The Hot Fudge Cake I got was terrible...I got home and it was all frozen solid all the way through and the cake tasted like it had been cooked 10 years ago...No wonder they're $2.89 right now...Very disappointing.. I did call and the manager was very nice and offered to replace it...I'm just afraid it will be the exact same thing...
I ate at the Lenoir City location earlier today for lunch. I had the pork dinner and everything was good except the French fries. They were severely under cooked. They should encourage the staff to use a timer for the fryer and even test them before serving them. Today was disappointing.

Buddies food is so good. The portion is good. Also the price. Having everything I need at the table, napkins, salt, pepper, sauces is the best! I went to Zaxby the other day. I got 2 napkins, that's it, I like some salt for my fries, ketchup too. I have kids that need more than 2 napkins some times. Everything is behind the counter! If i need just 1 more pack of ketchup I have to walk back to the counter, and wait! It means a lot that Buddies has everything I need at the table so I can enjoy my meal!!!

Greatest Hushpuppies made the Pork Nachos are next level

Normally good food. However, today's rib dinner was lacking all around. Of the 4 ribs, 2 had NO MEAT on them at all! 1 had a little bit of meat and the other was adequate. I was also missing an order of hush puppies. A really disappointing meal for $21. Will definitely think twice about visiting again sadly.
