Just terrible service and food service. Can’t even fulfill what the customer ordered, it’s a shame that the customer have to tell them what they didn’t receive! Like does anybody look at the receipt and make sure the order is correct or do the workers up there just guess and hope it’s correct?!!! BWW IS FALLING DOWN HILL!!! Went from the best to I should’ve have gotten wings stop!!!

Edited: At the end of all this, it seems like management and corporate will not take action and plus hasn’t even bothered to reach out to all the negative feedbacks from everyone. This was a great place to come get Wings and now it’s not.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. We were never greeted when we sat down, and our waitress didn’t come over at all. It felt like we were completely ignored from the moment we walked in.
On top of that, we watched an employee eating off another customer’s plate right there on the lobby floor. That is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and a major concern for cleanliness.
Between the lack of service and the disturbing behavior from staff, this visit was a complete disappointment. I hope management takes this seriously.

Was there for 35 minutes waiting at are table and no one came to serve us. The past 3 times I have came to this location service was trash. Obviously the manager is struggling to run this location. I would advise you all as a company to intervene.

Everytime I’ve been here my food has either taken over 30 minutes to come out and are NEVER fully sauced evenly. Boneless wings are the size of chicken nuggets. I would not recommend

I hate to be that person, but the service was just awful. Extremely slow and inattentive, restaurant wasn’t even busy- at all. Sat so long without even a menu, that when we did get our menu, we ordered our food to-go. Which then took an extremely long time to arrive.

The hosts were outside smoking while the lobby was completely full. They watched everybody walk in and still sat outside right in the front. To host sitting out front, not doing anything on a Saturday night

On Veterans Day 2025 gm loudly states “veterans are just a bunch of bums trying to get a free meal” being extremely disrespectful and ignoring customers

The service was excellent and the appetizers, although tiny, were good. Unfortunately the burgers were terrible, dry and tasteless and the fries were so salty as to be uneatable.
