Understaffed apparently. Waited 15 minutes from the time it was supposed to be ready before they brought it to me in the waiting area. Unfortunately it still wasn't fresh. It ha de been sitting for quite a while. It was still good, just not good enough for the price paid.

It has been a long time since I ate at BWW. They obviously are going for a full blown sports bar. Even with four customers in the place they had some guy blaring something. I am assuming it was something about a soccer game. Which nobody was interested in. I picked up the ketchup container and it stuck to my fingers. The server was the best part of the experience, she deserves 5 stars.

I have been to many BWW across this nation and I just have to say this one really goes to the top of my list. Food is well as it should be. But the customer service and friendly service is what I love. Top notch service. April was the bartender for the night. She really killed it. 5 stars. The whole atmosphere was amazing. Place looked closed when we pulled up. No lit sign to even let you know where you are. Got a 30 count bone in to go and got all the way home (1hour away) and was short.

Chicken Wings are not that great. We just ordered about a week ago and the chicken wings were not sauced, like at all.
Food is great but you need to be patient to get it. It takes a while for you to get your food.

They need to get there to go orders and pick up orders better. Their system is so broken I couldn’t even pay over the phone and I had another person picking it up so it was such a horrible inconvenience. I wouldn’t suggest ordering from them if you hav to pick up. Service isn’t great.
