“The gentleman that took my order at drive through was very professional and greeted me with a good morning and listened well on my order and repeated it back to me and asked if I'd like to upsize to medium or large. He spoke very clearly. At the window he took my money was very friendly and courteous. Definitely a valuable employee to have. At the pick up window I got my order quickly. The food was fresh and warm and delicious.“
“I highly suggest going here because their food and service is the best that I've been to and out of all the restaurants that I came across that this location has great satisfaction not just in the food alone also the employees that work there give off a very positive attitude to make sure that your order is correct and also in a timely manner that they give you your food as quickly as possible and if it is if anything is messed up they make sure that they fix the issue on correcting what was wrong with your order so I have no problems with this location I had a strong on going to this location to the point where you can show them your support and love on house satisfactory that they can get the job done with the food service and the atmosphere that they have there so I highly suggest going to this location I will recommend this place to any and everyone that needs a good hamburger and fries to eat so I suggest I'm going to this location getting food at at any other location besides this one“
“I eat at Burger Kings all around since I travel for work. This is the best experience at one I've had in a long time. I had forgoten how good Woppers can be until they made one fresh and perfect here. Cooked perfectly, proper amount and distribution of toppings and all very fresh tasting. Fries were also excellent, too often you can tell they need to change that oil badly. The woman at the drive through was also very pleasant although Burger King usually is good around this area at finding nice employees. I rarely bother writing positive reviews but I hope this location will keep doing what it's doing, great job!“
“Went this morning around 11 am, Service from Amy was Fantastic, Very Cheerful, Friendly, Great Customer Service, Super Awesome Job, Amy!! She even brought the Onion Ring Sauce over to our Table after sitting down, went out of Her Way!! A+, Top Notch!! “I'd like to apologize to the manager of this place. I called him this morning about a complaint but got the wrong Burger king address. He was very cordial and polite, good customer skills. I hate that I got the wrong burger king. The one that shut down early on Sunday at 11/17/24 was at 8412 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919.

“Burger King is hit and miss they've been that way for the last few years it's almost like they act like they don't want customers they take one customer at a time and which really lengthens the time that you spend at the drive-thru“
“This place is always fast. They fix the food just the way you order it everytime. They never forget sauces. The food is always hot. Even if you use the mobile app. They are always nice. I don't go to any other bruger king because this one is so good.“
“Went through the drive through, I know they’re probably understaffed and busy because of it, but everyone I spoke with with kind and polite. I ordered the new cotton candy cold foam drink and when I got to the window unfortunately the cotton candy wasn’t working but the employees were quick to suggest using the strawberry frozen drink instead with the cold foam and it’s delicious!!! I hope this gets back to them because I want to encourage them that they’re doing a good job and I appreciate them! ❤️“
“We love it here. The Staff is wonderful and Chris the Manager is a loving person. We recently moved from Memphis and started going there a lot. My son whose Deaf 23 loves BK. So we went there on a Wednesday night, my van had stopped working. Her staff came out to assist but my van would not crank. So I called the tow truck company and they only had room for 1 person. My sons and I were basically stranded and a Lil frustrated. Chris (The Manager) stepped in and said I'll call my husband and ask him to take you all home, no worries. I looked at her like what? You'll do that for us. Sure she said. Wow,I'm in a new town , she met us a few times and to do that for us and we became family from then. She didn't know me but her actions went beyond being a Burger King Manager. She treated us like family. Every since then when we see her and the crew we all have smiles and Chris has 🤗🤗😂😂 Hugs. This Burger King Rock!!“
“After an absolutely horrible experience at the Broadway location that I ended up driving off without my food, I came to the Merchants location and got STELLAR service from start to finish! They were fast, efficient and kind! I just want to give credit where it's due. Thank you!“
“Nothing hits quite as hard as a late night snack run. Throwing on jackets and flip flops, starting the car and not even bothering with the music, and driving through the city late at night when no one's out but cops and cons. Getting away with your heist you return home, not fully resisting the urge to pound down a few fries on the way, before sitting down with a show or your loved one to pig out. There's no better feeling than this, and theres no worse feeling than when its all in vain: a mistaken order, missing food, or just plain uneatable. Truthfully I can say that my burger king run last night was NOT in vain. The sundaes and fries that my girlfriend and I enjoyed were delicious. My uncle used to eat here before passing and we left one on his grave as a tribute. When I came back to see if id left my hoodie there, there was a bite out of it. Not saying anything, but who knows;)“
“Only problem I have is a tables weren't wiped off the food was ok. Employees were fine. I think they could have been a little cleaner. Otherwise my food was fine. I don't understand why this one cost way more than all the other BK s doesn't mean price gauge.... at almost 14.00 for the impossible combo.“
