“My husband and I visited this Burger King on Saturday! Food was fresh, place was clean, staff was friendly and didn't complain as I have seen in other Burger Kings. All around 100% satisfied. Kaylee at the register was very friendly and efficient!“

This location is VERY clean. Highly recommend.
*****We stopped in for lunch in a pinch and the staff took great care of our family. Heaven, the young lady that took our order was exceptionally kind and made it fun for our kids when she learned we were briefly stranded and the staff went to lengths to make us comfortable.

“I put in an online pick up order.. I got it through the drive-thru. Quick and easy. I gave 4 stars only because I asked for "light mayo" and there was still so much that I had to wipe it off my bun with a napkin. Very hot and fresh!

“I went with three of my kids and their grandpa to this location during the heavy snow last month. As soon as I parked, I realized that it's going to be hard for me to bring all three small kids and one grandpa to the store on the snowy road. So, I called the store to ask if there's other entrance to the store where we could avoid the snowy road and the store General Manager, Ms. Marilyn, was so helpful by offering to help me bring all my kids to the store. She went outside to the parking lot, picked us up from our car, and helped us go to the store safely ... she even asked the staffs to helped watched my kid while she went outside for a second time to pick the rest of us and brought us into the store safely.I really appreciate her kind help and the way she went above and beyond to serve the customers to make sure we had a pleasant visit there.Oh the kids love the playground too!Thank you Ms. Marilyn!“
“great experience! Blonde lady was a little rude and would not subsitute chicken fries for normal fries, but they however DID provide ketchup bottles to make art with. I left a happy message, and for the art supplies they get a big 5/5 review. on march 2nd i am hosting an art event here "ketchup for america" so please come make art with us!!!!!“
“I'd like to apologize to the manager of this place. I called him this morning about a complaint but got the wrong Burger king address. He was very cordial and polite, good customer skills. I hate that I got the wrong burger king. The one that shut down early on Sunday at 11/17/24 was at 8412 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919.

“Love this location. Always friendly. And they recognize us and acknowledge us. Always great food. Most places there's too much ketchup or mustard or the veggies look horrible. Though not exactly like the pictures, this location is about as close as one can get in any fast food restaurant.“
“Food was fine, but the wait, even ordering ahead is ridiculous. I was the only one in the drive thru, there was nobody behind me and all we got was one meal, one burger meal and still the employee made us do the "pull up and we'll bring it out" crap. So annoying.“

“This BK made my day. I have been coming in and ordering the same thing on my lunch break for like 3 weeks now (I have ADHD it's my hyperfixation food right now). I always came in and asked for a knife so I can cut my burger in half, April one of the employees noticed my routine and today they cut it in half and gave me an extra wrapper. It may not seem like much but in a world where everyone can be so focused on themselves, for her to notice and remember and make that extra effort really meant a lot to me. The location has always been great but APRIL GIRL you are a Rockstar! Thanks for being amazing.“
“This place is always fast. They fix the food just the way you order it everytime. They never forget sauces. The food is always hot. Even if you use the mobile app. They are always nice. I don't go to any other bruger king because this one is so good.“

I don't understand why this one cost way more than all the other BK s doesn't mean price gauge.... at almost 14.00 for the impossible combo.“
