They gave me a card that will jot activate and then they will not give me my check that I worked for if anyone needs a job do not go to Burger King they will do the same to anyone that works there and the night manager is rude to people

Repeated order 3 to 4 times and they still got it wrong. Did not receive everything asked for. Waited for 7 minutes at window and food was served cold. Was not given receipt when we paid so could not prove the errors.

I ordered a double cheeseburger plain a double cheeseburger is supposed to have two slices of cheese I only got one slice of cheese and for a double cheeseburger and a small fry it was almost $8 I did not return the Hamburger because places like that are bad for spitting in your food I called and no one would answer the phone so in my opinion Burger King sucks I got sorry ass employees be careful taking your food back cuz you don't know what they're going to do to it

Ordered thru the app. Went to pickup my food and they didn't have the 4 packs of cookies i ordered, nor could they exchange the cookies for ice cream. Since I paid thru the APP, they said they couldn't give me a refund either. Contacted customer support and still didn't get my refund.

Food was fine, but the wait, even ordering ahead is ridiculous. I was the only one in the drive thru, there was nobody behind me and all we got was one meal, one burger meal and still the employee made us do the "pull up and we'll bring it out" crap. So annoying.

The minimum requirement for this job must be a pulse. They should learn from the burger king at alcoa (place is ran perfectly). Today makes the third time in a month that they absolutely butchered my order after reading it back to us. These employees suck. If i was Corporate or the franchise owner id be firing ppl or doing something to get them on track. This restaurant is a great example of why fast food doesn't deserve anything above $10. Honestly these ppl today deserve less than minimum wage. I can safely say that after today being charged for stuff they didnt even put in the bag that I won't be back.
