My cousin simply asked if she could have the ice-cream not in a cone. The woman closes the window and proceeds to say well "that is not how you ordered it". I'm sorry isnt your job customer service. I then drove around front because I wanted to meet her eye to eye when I got my ice cream so I knew who she was to report her. I didn't say a word and as I walked out she said your not going to say anything". I kept walking. No ma'am after crappy service you don't deserve a thankyou.

I only get breakfast and somehow they still f it up, not even open for 30 minutes and they can’t bother to cook the food all the way. Disgusting mush and busted syrup packets, it’s EVERYTIME!! Won’t be coming back again they are obviously careless and incompetent.

The voice in the speaker seemed annoyed, the guy in the window gave me a tiny cup of ice and wanted to charge for a full size drink if he gave me a bigger cup. He completely ignored me when I asked for a straw and reacted annoyed and bitter anytime I asked for anything. The girl who shoved the bag of food at me through the window did tell me to have a blessed day in a very sarcastic voice. Every employee I saw looked miserable mixed with a little hateful. And now the sandwiches... sloppy sloppy sloppy the meat was cold and mayo came gushing out everywhere with the 1st bite, all over my shirt and lap, do you know what kind of spot mayo leaves behind...one that is identical to motor oil. Now that I have ruined clothes and was drained of all positive vibes, I'm hoping to see at least 1 person smile again before losing hope for humanity...

Ordered a whopper meal Two kids meals ( So just 3 drinks )
John was working windows with plastic in his mouth and fondling this plastic, and then ends up putting his fingers inside the cups of 5 drinks in a row.
Called manager to inform and be put down for a refund, arrived for my refund and Amanda tried to replace the drinks when I arrived and said they don't give refunds, lol what? Told her I'll go further up and I'm not here to eat. That order was for my family.
Ps John noticed me (he's handling food now with poor cross contamination skills and health concerns) and knew it was me when I asked for her and stood around listening at the counter.
I told her I wanted a refund or I was going higher up. She literally tried to keep my money and said ,"do what you gotta do".
Why would anyone want anything replaced from somewhere with poor health standards? He shouldn't be handling food or drinks.
