They got my order wrong. I ordered a Triple Whopper but the receipt was for a Regular Whopper. I told the lady i wanted a Triple whopper and they told me that they will just charge me for the 2 extra Patties. $7 for 2 Extra patties to make it a Triple Whopper when i have already paid $7 for the Regular whopper. Im not PAYING $14 for JUST A SANDWICH NO MEAL. Very Bad Customer Service.

This was the worst Burger King I’ve ever had. NEVER EAT HERE! Not only was the people ignorant when ask why is everything here so expensive, which everything was like $4+ more than the regular price, they just didn’t care to make anything good. How do you order a bacon king, double bacon cheeseburger meal and regular cheeseburger and have to microwave when you get in your truck? The burger was so cold, dry and burnt, cheese cold and not melted and the bun was literally flaky off itself like what?! The fries was tasteless and cold too. Like these people just don’t care at all.

Ordered double whopper (no onions, cheese, or ketchup. Got charged for cheese and had cheese on burger. Sent it back to correct, got one with onions, tomato, lettuce, and mayo. That’s it. How can you screw up a sandwich twice with different combinations?

When you have someone that their only job is to push buttons on a screen, and he can not even do that right. There is something wrong. And when called out on their mistake, they even go further and try to make it like it is your fault. Burger King wants to say that their moto is have it your way. Or there is 221,000 different ways to make a Whopper. Well according to this employee that only is true if it is one of the options on their board. He was smart enough to add cheese to my wife's burger. Even though that was not a option on his little board.When you confront his attitude towards you and you are told to STEP AWAY after you just over charged me to a sense by not giving me the combo that was originally asked for. So I am being told to step away and then you keep running your mouth. What is up with that.On top of that my MADE FRESH SANDWICHES FRIES WERE COLD.The bun was warm, but the meat was cold. Go figure.And when you bring it to the manager over him. Their response was I'm sorry. In this society "I'm Sorry" is not even worth saying 7 letters to even be uttered from your mouth.
