Just sent an email to the Knox County Tennessee Health Department regarding this disgusting location. I was just served food that I knew to be well under the proper holding temperature. Additionally, I had two flakes of what appeared to be black mold fall off into my drink cup as I was using the drink fountain.

I'd like to apologize to the manager of this place. I called him this morning about a complaint but got the wrong Burger king address. He was very cordial and polite, good customer skills. I hate that I got the wrong burger king. The one that shut down early on Sunday at 11/17/24 was at 8412 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37919.

I showed up to get the new Halloween whopper, it had been awhile since I've been to burger king so I thought I'd see what the new items where like. I asked if the new whopper came with cheese, because burger king tries to skimp at any chance they get and don't put cheese on any of their sandwiches unless ordered. The rude worker said yes, I was surprised by this and as I should have been because it doesn't come with cheese. I was the only car there and it still took 10 minutes to get my food wich cost $15 for a meal. The fries were cold and hard, the drink was flat and the sandwich was cold and had a hair in it. I would have taken it back, but they didn't give me a receipt. So now I'm at Arby's for the same cost I got a meal and an extra side and it's so good. Never eat at burger king, it's a real nightmare.

JUST DONT COME HERE! Never knew a BK could actually be so disgusting, staff have zero clue which way is up! I rather take my chances eating food found in homeless Csmps then this place! Do yourself a favor! Go anywhere else!

Food came as ordered. Freshly cooked fries and burgers. Frozen coke machine needs to be fixed. I have not seen it working the last 3 times we have been there. Employees were very attentive. Price is right on target.

I ordered a door dash. They had given my order to another person who was not assigned to my order. Then, a large lady in the drive thru had an issue with my dasher. The dasher called me and asked me to come get my order because they gave it out to someone. I show up and tell the large lady in drive thru that I am an officer and I am here to pick up my order. The lady starts going off at me about the dasher. I politely asked if I could get my order. She said, "Come to the second window. Got to the window. The lady looked at my uniform and proceeded to slam the window in my face and lock it. Then she calls the police . I tried to show her the receipt of my order, and at this point, she was just going nut for no reason at me.
I hope that the general manager of this store understands that that lady doesn't deserve to work there. Her actions towards me were totally uncalled for and unjustified towards me.
I used to come here all the time.
NOW I will never come back to this place as long as that lady works there. I will also tell my friends and family not to visit that place.
