I have ordered whoppers from this particular BK via Grubhub several times in the past and every single time that I request them to add mustard to them they fail to do so.The people who work there (like many other fast food places) do not know how to follow orders or they do not know how to read. It is no surprise that the U.S. is at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to education.

Went to this BK at 9:40 one night since they were open until 11. We go inside and as soon as we get to the counter the guy tells us that our order will have to be to go. I'm a little irked because the whole reason I went in was to sit down and eat and not eat in my car since I was 30 minutes away from home. There was nothing anywhere that said their dining room closed before 11pm. Just seems like a bunch of lazy people not wanting to deal with customers. The fountains they have are terrible. It was just mostly foam that came out of the fountain. Oh, and to boot our order was made wrong. The whole experience was just bad. I will never go back to this BK again.

They weren’t busy, but I still sat at the drive-thru speaker for so long I decided to leave. If they take that long to take an order, I can’t trust them to prepare the food. Something must be messed up behind the scenes.

Haven’t been to a Burger King in a long while. Stopped at this one for a quick bite and honestly I was great! They were short staffed but the food came out fresh and the people at the window were extremely courteous and attentive. Had the pleasure of speaking with Zachary and we’ve been back 3 times now. They are short staffed but their people care about bringing you great service.
Just left the drive thru empty handed. I pulled up and was asked to wait a minute. Sure, no problem. After 5 minutes asked if they were ready and the lady rudely said just a minute. Fine... waited several more minutes and asked again advising her that I wasn't trying to be rude but just wanted to get a coffee before picking up my granddaughter from school at 12:30. She then said she was not trying to be rude but was taking care of people at the front counter. I again told her I just wanted a coffee before getting my granddaughter... . I simply asked how long they thought it would be because I had to be there by 12;30 and then A very rude man came on the speaker at that time and said, I guess you better be leaving then. Seriously? I know everyone is short staffed but being rude is not cool. I spent over 15 minutes in that drive thru. Just for a cup of coffee which I did not get. Will be rerouting to the main headquarters.

We stopped in here today at about 11 o'clock. We were the only ones in there in there should've been the first sign. Our order consists of one hamburger, happy meal, and a whopper Junior Meal. I don't think I'll ever go back to this location. The fries were too salty and not warm. The mayonnaise didn't taste right. The burgers weren't warm. And the workers didn't seem like they wanted to be there. The lobby could've used some attention. And the bathrooms definitely needed some attention.

It’s Burger King, I don’t know what’s expected out of me. Pretty good for fast food, pretty good at remembering exactly what was ordered (that of which McDonald’s is a bit embarrassing at) but it’s just fast food. Good, but nothing fantastically special. They can cook though so good for them ^^
