They got this thing figured out. If you order online and try to get help because they left out items(which im pretty sure they are trying to do, due to all the doordash unaccountability (increased profits is a win)), they will send you an email stating they are trying to help and give you options for a refund, but then there is no way to contact them at all(replying to email doesn't work). Avoid this location unless you go in person and want to stay at the drive thru window and check your bag and every sandwich! If you want what you ordered this is the only way!

02/13 5:12pm came to the drive-thru to order some food. Silence for 2 mins until I said “hello”. I was to told to wait awhile in which I did for an additional 7 mins. I then asked “how much longer do I have to wait” and was asked to order with an attitude. I then drove off as I saw no reason to spend money at place that actively discourages paying customers

My food was absolutely disgusting. I used the app so when I went in for a refund they said I had to use the app - fine. Except they refused to refund my money instead giving me a $10 credit. So they stole from me, refused to give my money back instead saying we messed up sure but here's store credit. The meal cost more than an hours work for me.

No one at this store seems to care about anything. If your order is wrong, they argue with you. They are consistently out of biscuits BEFORE breakfast is supposed to be over. The dining room is gross, the ketchup packets are stuck together. As I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this, people just brought outside food into the dining room which is a clear health code violation but the food is probably a million times better. The world would be a better place if this store was shut down.

I went through drive thru 10 minutes ago on merchants drive and I paid 14 dollars for a whopper with cheese and cheese tots a chocolate shake and frozen coke and I got home and my order was wrong except for the shake and I will not be back very dissatisfied with this store thanks for not making sure you give people the right orders

If I could give the employee called Quez a negative rating I would. My food was cold but that wasn't the biggest problem. When I contacted the store to get their store number Mr Quez said he didn't know it. Instead of him finding out he decides to want to argue with me back and forth about. The time he spent being a S A , he could have checked to see. Also he would not allow me to speak to the manager. I literally had to go to the store to do that... And Mr Quez still continues to argue with me. He's a rude jerk. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

I ordered on the app went through drive-thru. Waited 20 minutes. Got my food then went home. Opened my bag of food. Found out my two Wednesday Whoppers was not in the bag had to go back to burgers king two get my two Wednesday Whoppers The moment I walked in the manager had an attitude but the front employee wanted to exchange my onion rings was being really nice because part of my food got cold and I had to return back to the store and the manager said that we're not replacing anything in the bag and she's getting the two Whoppers and I had a correct The manager that it was two Wednesday Whoppers The whole entire time she was back there she was giving me dirty looks and she was trying to blame the cook for everything!! Lesson learned. Can't trust fast food restaurants. You have to make sure you triple check before you even leave the parking lot

I ordered on the app. The app took my payment and I when I went in to pick up my order they acted like they couldn't see my order and treated me with disrespect. They refused to give me a refund of the order I had just placed. They also didn't honor the order that was placed. I had to go through my bank account and dispute this and they had to close my card in order to do so. This has been a nightmare. I will NEVER ever come to this burger king again and I will never ever use the app.
