I waited about five minutes before anyone acknowledged me at the counter, and during that time a couple of other customers were also waiting and eventually left. When staff were present, there wasn’t much engagement or urgency.
Music with explicit language was playing loudly in the kitchen area, which didn’t feel appropriate for a customer-facing environment. I also noticed what appeared to be cigarette ash on the floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness.
There is plenty of parking, but that’s really the only positive from this visit. Overall, the lack of customer service and cleanliness issues made this a very poor experience.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional our order was wrong and when we went up to tell them about it the lady immediately got loud yelling and threatening us. The manager comes out at least gives us a refund then says we have to leave. Doesn't say a word to the worker whose acting like a wild crazy woman in front of other customers. This place is no where near a 5 star & honestly looks like it needs to be condemned oh let's not forgot the insane amount of homeless people that hangout inside and outside of the restaurant all day.

Everything except my drinks and cheesy tots were wrong with my order including things I paid extra for. Two stars only because I usually have minimum issues here… 25 dollars literally wasted

When placing our order we asked for the patty to be fresh and hot. Had to return the burger because it wasn't hot. The table was very dirty and sticky. It felt like the AC was off. Will not return to this location.

After an absolutely horrible experience at the Broadway location that I ended up driving off without my food, I came to the Merchants location and got STELLAR service from start to finish! They were fast, efficient and kind! I just want to give credit where it's due. Thank you!

They got this thing figured out. If you order online and try to get help because they left out items(which im pretty sure they are trying to do, due to all the doordash unaccountability (increased profits is a win)), they will send you an email stating they are trying to help and give you options for a refund, but then there is no way to contact them at all(replying to email doesn't work). Avoid this location unless you go in person and want to stay at the drive thru window and check your bag and every sandwich! If you want what you ordered this is the only way!

For a store that gets little to no business they still can't make the food the way you order it. Even on remakes they still messed it up. Not going to the Emory Road location again.
