1 person in front of us waiting on their order, the girl kept telling us, "I'll be with in just a minute." 6 minutes later, she asked the cook and / or manager if she could take orders from the front line yet? I had a digital gift card, and they couldn't take it because they had no way to input the codes. The food was cold, and I had to ask for pickles for my fish sandwich because there was only one on it. Will not stop at the Burger King on Merchant's road ever again!

Went in about 7pm....staff was busy cleaning...did not seem to concerned I was waiting 5 min for someone to take my order. Then another 10min to get food. I know it was off hours, but food was made fresh.

I ordered 2 large fries and a sweet tea and asked for extra ketchup. They gave us 3 packs of ketchup so we went back and asked for more. They handed us 3 more packs so we asked for more than that and they had the audacity to ask how much food we got like 6 packs of keto was enough for 2 large fries. Extremely rude customer service, they act like they are the ones paying for the ketchup. Get a real job

Went in shortly after nine o clock after getting off of workAsked for a shake and the woman in the window was rude and said "we close in like 40 minutes we're closing it down"unfortunate didn't know they could do that. visited 1/10wouldn't be as big of a deal if the woman wasn't rude. asked for district managers number. woman got even ruder and then blamed it on her other coworker. real shame i really used to enjoy this burger king
