I just want to know if the shake machine is ACTUALLY always down… or do they just say this every time because they don’t want to turn it on/clean it/use it whatever. I swear I only get a shake here every 10th time I try to order one ?I’ve never run into this consistent of a problem at any other Burger King location. Burger King has THE best milkshakes and it’s the whole reason I go.Bout to get my Oreo milkshake at Chick-fil-A instead. This is ridiculous. ??

Drive thru is slowwwww!!! Don’t go in to order, drive thru customers take priority over walk ins.

No stars rude to their customers and they don't understand the definition of fast food

Seriously the rudest lady at the window and taking orders. Had me hold for the longest time then I asked for a second to get my discount code and she told me to pull around if I didn't have it very rudely. Then gave me my food with a smart comment as the window closed.

Went through the drive thru today twice at different times, and my order was messed up both times. It’s extremely easy to follow instructions that are printed out on a ticket. Maybe if you paid your employees more you could attract better applicants than the fools you have back there currently.

The food was great. However the whole entire experience was ruined because of the front cashier on duty. I came in to place a to go order on Nov 2 at about 615pm. I ordered onion rings 2 double cheeseburgers and ghost pepper chicken fries a medium fry and 2 drinks .The food was great. But when I went inside to place my order first of all the young lady that was the front cashier just looked at me. She didn't ask if she could take my order, if she could help me or anything. While she was looking at me waiting for me to place my order she was talking out loud pretty loudly but not to me or anyone in the store. I realized she had an ear bud in one of her ears and she was talking out loud hands free to someone on her phone. When I tell you that the entire 25+ some odd minutes I waited on my order that she was talking loudly on a personal phone call the entire time, that is no exaggeration. Plus myself and the other person waiting on their food had no choice but to stand there and listen to her whole conversation. She was so loud that even when she had her back to us and was gathering the sandwiches out of the warmer we still had no trouble hearing every word. After she had collected all of my food except the onion rings, she was like oh yeah, and told the guy in the back to drop some onion rings. That should have been done at least 5 minutes before that!! So all of my food had to sit there unnecessarily while the onion rings were cooking. When I finally got my food and started to leave, she was still up front talking on that personal phone call. To make matter worse she truly acted as if the personal conversation was her priority and not her job and certainly not customer service. It was like her job duties were secondary, an afterthought almost. She acted bothered when I had to interrupt her phone conversation to ask for onion rings sauce. I don't know how she thinks this is ok on the job behavior. I'm not sure if a manager was there but there was a kind of young guy in the back making sandwiches and an older guy working the drive thru that appeared to have on manager attire. But he just walked back and forth by her numerous times, never saying a word to her or admonishing her for being on the phone. I literally just couldn't believe it and I still can't. If I pull up to this BK again and see her working I will opt out and go somewhere else. That was simply ridiculous! I would t have a job if I behaved like that at my job.

I went in to order and was ignored for 1 to 2 minutes. A girl who was on her phone (seemed to be facetiming) walks in from outside looking upset that I was interrupting her and was totally impolite. Don't really expect professionalism, but not a terrible attitude. I ended up leaving without ordering. I was actually more disappointed than angry, and yes I was ticked off.
