Service here is insane. Had to pay (as a *second* transaction!!!) for one ranch sauce. Like a quarter's worth of ranch. That should have come with one of my items anyway.

Don't go here they didn't know what they are doing and on top of that have zero goodwill toward their customers.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this was ridiculous

The last time I came here will be the last. The fries and nuggets tasted and smelled like old grease. I’ve spent years in food service and know that smell. Too cheap and lazy to change the fryer oil and the customers suffer and Burger King looses business.

This BK made my day. I have been coming in and ordering the same thing on my lunch break for like 3 weeks now (I have ADHD it's my hyperfixation food right now). I always came in and asked for a knife so I can cut my burger in half, April one of the employees noticed my routine and today they cut it in half and gave me an extra wrapper. It may not seem like much but in a world where everyone can be so focused on themselves, for her to notice and remember and make that extra effort really meant a lot to me. The location has always been great but APRIL GIRL you are a Rockstar! Thanks for being amazing.

I can’t believe Burger King is trying to charge for Onion Ring Sauce now. I get charging for extra things sometimes, but really? You can’t give me one little sauce for my onion rings or even ketchup without charging me? Come on. Meals are already $13, how much more do you want? It’s ridiculous to nickel and dime your customers over something so small. Definitely not the “King” of customer!

While i was there a disabled older man was trying to order then the cashier decided to try and humiliate the old man by loudly exclaiming that he can't read at his age and making fun of him. This behavior is unacceptable and should and has been reported to the local ada office

Will never eat at the Chapman highway burger king again. My disabled dad went there for lunch and QUIETLY told the girl on register that he couldn't read or write when he was asking for extra sauce. She made it a point to try to humiliate him by loudly mocking him and telling everyone by shouting that he couldn't read the paper about charging extra for sauces. When me and my mom got there to meet him for lunch, she made a huge spectacle and embarrassed us all by calling her mom. I've never been so upset with a restaurant worker and can't believe she got away with acting like that.( IM SHARING THIS ON BEHALF OF THIS FAMILY THIS IS UNEXCUSABLE WHAT A DISGRACE THIS GIRL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HERSELF AND MOST OF ALL FIRED I WILL MAKE SURE THIS IS SHARED SO OTHERS DOESN'T EVER EAT THERE SHAME ON YOU BURGER KING

Food was cold. Finally got the courage to take it back, because I hate to take anything back and the manager Layla had just a nasty attitude, so I purchased fresh tater rounds out of the fryer. They were good then, but Layla had such a toxic attitude 😒 it made the whole experience not worth going back. The restaurant was so nasty that my shoes stuck to the floor. Worst Burger King I've been too.

Burger king on chapman hwy discriminated against a disabled man. Rudely mocked him for not knowing how to read or write. It was a girl cashier. Who's mother is the manager. Manager did nothing to help the man. He was humiliated infrount of everyone. I will never eat at that location ever. I have a disabled son and don't want him treated that way. And no other disabled person should have to go through that. That girl should be fired.

Place my ordered thru drive thru and noticed on screen my order was incorrect. When I got to window I told the lady working about my order being wrong. She was rude and proceeded to argue with me that I had ordered what was on the screen. She then called the manager to the window, who was also rude and again told me that I had ordered what was rang up. She rolled her eyes at me. Both the employee and manager both were rude and very unprofessional . I will not return to this location.

I normally don't leave reviews, but, I have went to a couple different burger kings just for the dang churr fries. Each time getting told, we don't have chocolate sauce. My girl, I came to this one, asked for the chocolate sauce, and the guy at the window told me he would look for it. And then he ACTUALLY DID. AND I GOT MY CHOCOLATE SAUCE (((: it MAKES the churro fries what they are, okay. THANK YOU

This is absolutely the slowest burger King in the US. Who takes 1 order at a time and then fulfill it before taking the next order? Burger King HQ needs to close this location. It is absolutely terrible

Whopper was pink in middle. MANAGERS CLEAN IT UP !!! 27 DOLLARS AND COULD NOT EAT THE FOOD. TOSSED IN TRASH!!!!
