Drive thru, asked me to pull forward after they took my money, BUT was noone behind me. I replied, if someone pulled up absolutely but id rarher wait. Middleaged woman showed up and let her anger show. I was uncomfortable & wont return.

On 7/20/25 I was picking up food at this store & witnessed something that shocked me. The manager,a girl with long dark ponytail was fussing at a worker saying she needs to clock out to use the bathroom. Not only was did i find the tone of voice the manager used against worker disgusting but the fact the woman was being fussed for using the bathroom is completely unacceptable. I felt so bad for the worker that she not only was being told to clock out before using the bathroom but that the manager was talking to her so rudely in front of all to see. The manager needs trained on not only labor laws but human decency

I ordered dinner in the app tonight for a drive thru pickup. I set at their speaker before I let them know it was a mobile order for about 8 minuites. I mentioned to the young lady that I haven't been her in a while and questioned her if they were covered up or just short on help. She told me that she had no idea why it took that long. This is one of the reasons I guess we'll keep Chick fil-a in business. 07/14/2025
I like Burger King but this really disappointed me to see in a drive thru line for almost 20 plus minuites. (There were two cars ahead of me and they all had to wait).

The pickles burnt my mouth because the cheeseburger was so hot in the fries were cold I will not go there again

Like a bunch of kids playing the customers were the least of their concern I order cheesy fri and got chicken strips instead when I call and complain the girl that answered hung up on me she wouldn't give me her name she hung up when I asked her for it I don't think she was a manager what she doing answering the phone I don't know she'll spend her time learning the difference between cheese and chicken

I have been eating at this Burger King since the 80s. It's only in the last couple of years that it has become problematic with getting your order wrong leaving stuff out that you don't realize until you get home. People who just seem to not give a s*** are working there. And it is a shame.
Don't get the fries. They are almost NEVER fresh and hot. They sit under a heat lamp.

Burger King is hit and miss they've been that way for the last few years it's almost like they act like they don't want customers they take one customer at a time and which really lengthens the time that you spend at the drive-thru
