The young woman working at the drive-through window, refused to give me my order after I paid for it. She was obviously mad because the person in front of me left, and she tried to give me their order. There was no one behind me in the drive through, the restaurant was dead with no customers. I paid for two coffees, and she refused to give them to me and kept yelling at me to “stop disrespecting her” because I asked her to just make the coffees please because we were in a hurry. I didn’t have time to listen to her yell and lecture me. I’ve never had such poor service in my life. It’s ridiculous that a Burger King drive-through attendant is yelling at customers to not be disrespectful because they just expect her to do her job. Im going to file a formal complaint when I get the store owner info.

My daughter's first time at burger King. I was going to ask for a crown but I had tk ask for sauce after I ordered thr sauce and paid twice. I had to honk onky person in the drive through. Otherwise food good cashiers need training on not over charging and arguing. Maybe next time I will get some calmer crew so I can get my daughter a crown.

Every 2 weeks, on payday, I treat myself to lunch at this BK on Chapman Hwy... the staff at this particular BK are always friendly and my order is always correct... just wanted to give a shout out to the employees/managers for the consistency and great Whoopers!!

By far one of the worst Burger Kings I have ever been to. You will walk in and they will be sure to take 10 delivery orders and fulfill them through the drive-thru before they ever take your order in the lobby. Making you stand there for 10 or 15 minutes before they actually take your order. It is absolutely ridiculous. This has happened to me three days in a row. Today I walked out and I will never return

I know BK is a BK, not much difference in them. This one is actually good!! The food is always fresh and they get it to you quickly. Hint: use the app even if your picking it up!! Have a lot of good coupons and they give you a hella lot of points for free stuff!!
