07/21/25 approximately 6:30pm at the drive thru. Ran my littles girls gift card. The lady told me it declined so I paid $10 cash, and the rest on debit. Come to find out the gift card was used for our order and they stole that cash. Did not give me a receipt either! Not to mention the horrible attitude the two ladies there had and that the food was over cooked and rock hard! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION EVER!

The food was fine but ordered a family bundle and only received 2 orders of fries instead of 3,which is advertised in family bundle.So I’m the one who gets shorted fries tonight. Not coming back to this Burger King.

No complaints about the food. But the AM employees were walking around like zombies, eyes half open. Asked for extra salsa for 4 breakfast burritos I was taking to coworkers. Was given 2 salsa packets... Had to park and go in to get more. Nobody would even turn around to look at me. Not a great start to my morning. Hope they can get some pep in their step soon.

Tried to get something to eat and ended up having to go through the drive through twice and they still got it wrong. I gave up and went home. Idk what yall got going on in there but there was nobody there. Do better. Sheesh.

Me and my sister decided to get her a burger. They gave her the wrong burger and when we call them 3x no one answer. 4th time we called the call didn’t go through because they unhooked the phone. This was very disappointing.
They suck!! I got charged for bbq sauce n got ketchup the first time than I went second time asked for whopper with ketchup n pickle only soon as I opened it they’re was so much ketchup the buns flew off than I went and asked for whopper with lil ketchup I got one tiny dot and they put mustard on it that’s the worst food service I’ve ever had n they never answer the phone

went and got something to eat tonight, lady had us pull up to the second window and said and i quote “pull up to the next window we’re having to cook it all” and we receive our food ICE COLD! i’m not satisfied and we spent 40 bucks and didn’t even get to eat. never will go back to this burger king worse service too, lady was RUDE as can be with an attitude and all.

great experience! Blonde lady was a little rude and would not subsitute chicken fries for normal fries, but they however DID provide ketchup bottles to make art with. I left a happy message, and for the art supplies they get a big 5/5 review. on march 2nd i am hosting an art event here "ketchup for america" so please come make art with us!!!!!
