Ordered 3 royal crispy chicken sandwiches and every one of them were completely raw. I checked the other two, but did not realize any of this until I bit into the first sandwich and chewed. This is disgusting and I’m just praying I don’t get sick. Absolutely unacceptable

Made a mobile order for pick up in the drive thru. Arrived at the store and the drive thru was circled around to the front of the building with 4-5 cars behind the speaker. This location serves one drive thru order at a time. Someone orders, they pull around, wait for the food, receive the food and then they take the next persons order.
I went in to pick up the order inside since there was no wait. The cashier was friendly. The manager after giving me my order said, “you could have picked this up from the shelf,” with attitude.
I could have picked this order up from the drive thru if they didn’t wait on one person at a time. I’ll order somewhere next time.

I go to this BK a lot. Everyone is usually nice. I went to the drive-thru. I had a survey code for a free Whopper with fries and drink. I wanted a Impossible Whopper which I have gotten before with the code at this location. It doesn't say exclude Impossible Whopper. Ok, fine you don't want that to count. Got it!! This guy on the speaker (young white guy at 6:48p on 6/11/25) was rude and obnoxious. The only reason I'm mentioning specifics is because there was another man on the speaker too. Cutting me off when I tried to talk and explain. He belittled me and tried to make me seem stupid. Telling me it's not meat. Not how you talk to customers. He finally said I will let you do it this time and help you out. He didn't have to help me. My money spends anywhere and everywhere. Because of his attitude I did not buy the sweet treat I planned on. Everyone else was nice and pleasant. He just messed up the experience with his horrible attitude.

Best breakfast I've had from a BK in a very long time. Staff was friendly and the food came out fast! I will definitely stop in for breakfast more often. Iced coffee was delicious.

Came through the drivethru during lunch and waited in a line for about 10 minutes, when I get to the window they completely forgot about the order and skipped it, and after waiting some more they didn't even grow in some fried afterwards for the wait, even McDonald's has better service than y'all

I always order a double whopper and half the time I get a single instead. The online support thing doesn't work to let them know. The food is good though.

Orders a double whopper no cheese and extra pickles. Received a double whopper with cheese, bacon AND jalapeños. Burger was just thrown together. Very disappointed!!

Waited at the window for my food. Then was told to move up and wait at the next window. Took about 7 mins, assumed food would be fresh. Onion rings were cold and dry, whopper jr was cold, and they forgot my zesty sauce. Not worth the 7 bucks at all!!

Waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru for a kids meal and 1 cheezy tot. MOST DEFINITELY NOT FAST FOOD:(. Employee's are too busy on their phone to take customer orders and work. Line is terribly long and don't move fast at ALL. TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND AND COLD FOOD.

Went through the drive through, I know they’re probably understaffed and busy because of it, but everyone I spoke with with kind and polite. I ordered the new cotton candy cold foam drink and when I got to the window unfortunately the cotton candy wasn’t working but the employees were quick to suggest using the strawberry frozen drink instead with the cold foam and it’s delicious!!! I hope this gets back to them because I want to encourage them that they’re doing a good job and I appreciate them! ❤️

Burger King on Millertown Pike was nasty. The drink station had drink spilled all over rhe counter and staff was in the parking lot talking, no lids or other supplies stocked. The staff acting like we were not even there. No customer service at all. Definitely won't return until improvements are made.
