great experience! Blonde lady was a little rude and would not subsitute chicken fries for normal fries, but they however DID provide ketchup bottles to make art with. I left a happy message, and for the art supplies they get a big 5/5 review. on march 2nd i am hosting an art event here "ketchup for america" so please come make art with us!!!!!

Whatever you do do not call them because their phone number does not work. The one thing I can’t stand is lack of effort. How can you reach a store when you are in need of them. Their phone number goes to like fax machine. I love their food if they get the order correct.

Put an order in on the app. Went to the drive thru and it took them about 2 minutes to realize I was out there. When I know they could hear my truck because it is loud. They finally ask me what I'm there for, and then I get to the 2nd window, just to wait about 2 more minutes and only get asked if I want ketchup, and then get told to go to the 3rd window. When nobody was behind me. Luckily it only took about 30 seconds. I'm so sick of anywhere I go where I have to deal with people, because I never know how it's going to turn out

If there was an option for negative stars that’s most definitely what the store would have. I ordered my kids food from Grubhub. Food got here pretty quick which was expected being that I paid for express delivery. But food was ice cold and I only live 5 mins away from the store & I also tracked my order the whole time from start to finish so that means I was served cold food from the jump and I’m very upset about it. Then to top it all off I call the store and all I was told was “that has nothing to do with them , that’s on Grubhub” so I say I give close to the store so that means my food was never fresh. Very much unprofessional and she needs to be somewhere stocking instead of dealing with customers.

It took more than 15 minutes to get thru drive-up and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I thought they might be understaffed but there were 5 people within site of the window. Plus the gal at the window could have been more friendly.

Wishing I could speak higher of Burger King. They pretty consistently get my order wrong, in leaving something off the order, or even adding extra items to it. I just don't get it.

We stopped in here last night around 8:40PM. We order a Whopper, no onion, onion rings, fries, and an Original Chicken Sandwich. We got the bag and they had literally dumped his fries upside down in the bag. We said something to the person at the window, who had blonde hair with blue in it, and they just looked at us and didn't say anything. We drove home and realized the onion rings weren't done, so we had to cook them in the air fryer. Got up this morning and I was so sick from the Whopper and onion rings. I am so sick of restaurants on this exit not caring about anything.

They take and make one order at a time. Drive thru will not the next order until the 1st person has pulled away. Got my bacon king burger, opened it b4 I pulled away because it wasn't wrapped correctly, one of the patties wasn't even on the bun, and had absolutely no bacon. I could here the employees talking saying omg, omg, when the next person pulled up to order. I pulled to next windows waiting for bacon on my burger, expecting the next car to pull to the window I had just left. The mgr came to my windows and tossed me bag, and very hateful said ... have a blessed day. Got home with my meal and there was so much salt on my burger I couldn't even eat it. Very disappointed! My dogs wouldn't even eat it.

drink machine had about 8 options, 5 of which were out of order and the other 3 were straight carbonated water. nobody in the place acted like they cared. order was wrong even after the cashier clarified.
