Isaac took my order and was very pleasant and respectful at the drive-thru window. Isaac also suggested other menu items that I should try on my next trip and I can't wait to come back and try them.
I've been going to this burger king for let's see, 20+ years. I went to highschool right beside it. I have eaten here more times then I care to admit. I have now had multiple bad experiences with the food and the staff. Last night at 8:20 p.m. on 3/18 I went through the drive through. I was met by a young black gentleman. This is the 3rd time this kid has been in the drive thru window, and has either gotten my order completely wrong, charged me for items I did not get, or has been absolutely disrespectful. I literally sat at the drive thru window for 5 min waiting on a drink after I had received my food. The whole time this idiot kid is dancing in the drive thru window. I don't know what is wrong with this kid, or what's wrong with this restaurant for constantly putting this idiot in the most critical part of there customer service experience. I would just like to say, thanks burger king on Kingston Pike and Gallaher view. After 20 yrs you have finally broken me from ever coming back to your store.

We went through the drive-through. We got the whopper Junior duo for five dollars. The burgers were hot and fresh, very tasty. The young lady ringing up our order was very patient with us, and the order was out quickly.

I’ve been to this location multiple times, the last three times have been subpar, with the last time being horrible. Mobile order submitted at 4:30pm, order received at 4:48pm. Originally chicken sandwich was so over cooked, it was like shoe leather. Burger King is a great fast food restaurant, this location is not doing the franchise reputation any good. Very disappointed.

We tried Royal Crispy Chicken, it was good and tasty. Nuggets were also good.
Whenever I'm on the road and need quick food I stop at BK as they have easy options, normally. I always get a veggie whopper, not impossible just veggie. This typically is under $4 as there's no patty. However they couldn't comprehend veggie at this location and instead rung me up for a full price whopper, no meat. So I just paid $5 for a dang whopper with nothing on it but veggies. Fine, I let it go and got my food. But then I ask for the onion ring sauce, the same as every other BK I go to. The lady is rude and is like what sauce we have a ton of sauces I need a name for it. Like what in the heck. Full on attitudes at this place. I'm a pretty friendly person but y'all just rude AF. I wasn't gonna even leave a review about the over charge til the lady gave me a whole attitude over a sauce.

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes with only one car in front of me and nobody was taking their order. Decided to go in and experience was not better. Person who was running the register would take one order them go and prep the previous order. Took me another 10 minutes just to order my food. The food came out warm but decently fast. Took me more time to order than to get my food. Would not advise going here if you want fast food. You have a better chance getting your food faster at a dine-in restaurant

Walked in at lunch time on Friday November 17th and was refused service and ignored by employees. Stood at the register for minutes, and employees told me they were not taking orders even though lobby was open store is advertised as open for business.
