Burger Revolution

Went on a field trip to UTK and came to the mall for lunch, amazing food, I really enjoyed it and hope to come again this weekend or sometime soon! (I had a Bourbon bacon!)

The food was outstanding, and the staff were so friendly!! Highly recommend if you love a good smash burgers. They give a very generous portion of deliciously seasoned French fries as well! Go try them out! ❤️

The manager needs to fire the Asian girl not sure if she’s supposed to be a manager or what but she’s rude and horrible at her job she’s too busy messing up people’s orders on purpose and giggling with the cooks trying to impress the guy cooks by laughing at customers and messing up their orders and being rude she’s unprofessional and needs to be talked to she is definitely not someone you’d want cooking food or ringing you up I’ve had issues every time I’ve came here and she’s working if you like raw burgers with a whole bottle of mustard and a whole lot of attitude this place is great for you😀👍🏻

Was at West Town Mall to pick up a purchase so decided to have dinner in the food court. Last time I was there, Burger Revolution was not open so decided to give it a try. I’m so happy I did, the burger and fries were amazing! I had the Bourbon Bacon, I would put it up against any burger I’ve had in Knoxville. Easily one of the best, if not the absolute best. The fries were great too…seasoned and crispy. Burger Revolution is absolutely worth a shot if you’re at West Town. You won’t regret it, I’ll be back for sure.

I asked for a double burger and was given a $30 dollar bill and walked away…! How much food does a 61 year old eat for lunch…???

Paid $17 for two single patty burgers, not a combo, no drinks. I ordered the Bourbon Bacon. The burgers are decent, they have a good flavor. The grilled onions on it were very cold and created a weird texture.
The employees are not friendly and give customers looks behind their back after they ask questions. The girl at the register mumbled everything and never smiled.
I'd come back, but not very often, as it's more of a hassle to eat and buy than just ordering something else.

It's in the West Town Mall Food Court. I enjoyed the Jalapeño Smash. Nice, grilled when ordered, fresh toppings, and interesting sauce. I'll be back again.
