The food was outstanding, and the staff were so friendly!! Highly recommend if you love a good smash burgers. They give a very generous portion of deliciously seasoned French fries as well! Go try them out! ❤️
Was at West Town Mall to pick up a purchase so decided to have dinner in the food court. Last time I was there, Burger Revolution was not open so decided to give it a try. I’m so happy I did, the burger and fries were amazing! I had the Bourbon Bacon, I would put it up against any burger I’ve had in Knoxville. Easily one of the best, if not the absolute best. The fries were great too…seasoned and crispy. Burger Revolution is absolutely worth a shot if you’re at West Town....
Paid $17 for two single patty burgers, not a combo, no drinks. I ordered the Bourbon Bacon. The burgers are decent, they have a good flavor. The grilled onions on it were very cold and created a weird texture.
The employees are not friendly and give customers looks behind their back after they ask questions. The girl at the register mumbled everything and never smiled.
