Always an option for a gathering with friends and or family.
The restaurant wasn't busy at around 2:00 pm. Our server was great he encouraged us to take out time and enjoy our food and drinks. The food was good and it all came out hot. We enjoyed two of their appetizers the pretzels and beer cheese alone with the spinach dip and chips. I enjoyed the spinach dip very much, but I probably wouldn't order the pretzels again. They were very filling.
The service was great, all employees we met were very helpful from the hostess, server to the bus people. The food is what you expect from a chain type restaurant, very average. I had salmon, which was dry, with a "loaded" potato, which was not very loaded. My husband had ribs, which he termed "below average". I was served my wine in a glass with lipstick marks but the server was quick to get it exchanged. The starter salad was overdressed :( I would return but would have lower expectations next time.
Your employee, Jordan, was very rude and I heard her making fun of me to her coworkers. I will not be coming back.
I feel like this chain in general has succumbed to the whole profits over hospitality mindset. Charging for dressings and dips, obvious smoked meats that have been cooked days before and burnt on the grill, food that has become just meh. And I understand streamlining menus between chains, but getting the same beers, wings and other items at different branded restaurants doesn't help with being unique. Used to be a treat to take the family to Calhoun's. I think it's time to find a new treat
Very enjoyable lunch specials.
Wait staff so incompetent that I went somewhere else.
Overall the experience was good, however the ribs were tough and did not fall off of the bone. Too expensive to be served inedible.
Would not go back to this restaurant. Host wasn't friendly, salmon was dry. Best thing was the salad and bread.
Kristy was our server and did an amazing job . Prime rib was exceptional. Enjoyed our dinner

Excellent service and delicious food for a reasonable price. Especially enjoyed the Cherokee Red Ale.
The server did a good job on a very busy day and the food was great. Not sure if this is customary but we had to ask for bread.
The past three meals we have had have been disappointing. The food tastes like it's being made with lower quality ingredients. it is also overcooked. Spinach Maria was just sitting in tons of Grease. Baked beans were tasteless. I could go on but needless to say we are not going back. Three strikes.

This location has been going downhill for a while now. It has become consistently inconsistent. I should learn my lesson, but I go back because it is close to my house. This visit wife and son order the special, brisket nachos. It was basically a pile of chips with hardly any cheese or other toppings. There was maybe two or three small chunks of brisket on the entire dish. My burger was fine, served with cold fries though. We had a to-go order that was placed when our food arrived and we had to wait for a while after finishing and paying because they forgot to put the order in. Definitely didn't feel good with the $100 price tag considering we didn't have drinks/cocktails or anything fancier than a burger and some to-go chicken wings.
