Half chicken raw, I did not send back because anyone who serves raw chicken doesnot get a do over! The mchicken breast had to be butterflied and painted with bbq sauce after cooking. The bun and biscuit basket was a hit or a hockey puck. Chicken fingers once cooled where dry. Overall the worst sit down meal we have ever had in the Knoxville area. Worse yet we brought 2 guests for this dinner disaster.

We waited over 40 mins for our food only to receive cold food the meals were old and cold and the ribs were tough very disappointing considering how long we waited and how much we spent

The fried pickles were the best thing, kind of unfortunately. They were really good.

The pork plate? The pork itself and the BBQ sauce were great. But the mac & cheese was so bland, it just tasted like plain macaroni. The tiny portion of coleslaw with it wasn't impressive, either. But I just don't like sweet coleslaw.

The service was great. Hopefully they impress me more in the future.

Our server, Devin was awesome! The food was salty and overcooked. My husband had the Trio. The ribs were like jerky, the pulled pork was dry. I had the salmon and it was flawless. The spinach Maria was swimming in butter.

Good as hell, however, service was a bit questionable, felt like the server was a random person pretending to work there😂We were not given bread and may never recover from that betrayal. But we will still probably come back.

Waitress was very friendly. I had 1/2 rack of babyback ribs, my wife had the prime rib quesidilla and brisket burnt ends and as usual it was all delicious. I love Calhouns the employees and food at this location are awesome. One last note this is the only Calhouns to my knowledge that serve my all time favorite BEER MUFFINS.Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Calhouns is one of my favorite places to eat. They have a great selection of food for any food lover. I tried the brisket chili and it was very flavorful with a good Smokey flavor. Also had the smokehouse salad that was very filling and excellent ingredients. Wife had the bacon wrapped brisket burnt ends that were ok. Only complaint about this visit was our waitress who seemed to care less about us being there and showed up once after bringing our food out. Still wouldn’t hesitate to eat here again because overall it was a good visit with good food

First time eating here or at any of The Calhoun locations in 3 or 4 years. The food quality and quantity has scarcely changed. You get half the amount for almost double the price. The quality of food was giving Shoneys level.

They say it's a BBQ restaurant, but don't be fooled: Calhoun's has some of the best food around. Their barbeque is great, but so are their ribs, steaks, burgers, brisket, and salmon. Come hungry!
