Their Thanksgiving menu was very good, we had a non traditional meal of steak and prime rib. Both were very tasty. The spinach Maria is a great side dish. Even though they were very busy, the service was excellent.
Waited over 20 minutes on mixed drinks for a four top, bartender just chatting up one bar guest. Empty bar, empty screen aside from our ticket. Wasn’t taking his order, made eye contact, saw the drink ticket. I guess small talk is more important than drink ticket time at this Calhouns.

Almost ate the plastic film yall left on the burger that was supposed to be fully removed before cooking. I placed a To Go order tonight and almost ate this and could have choked. I expect some kind of response. Next time this happens I will take legal action and sue. This could have been my child’s burger.

Overall was okay not as good as last time.
Lemonade way over priced at two glasses $6.50
And to much ice for what you received

Just a typical chain style restaurant. I wasn’t a fan of the potato skins but the service was great. They look great in the photo but are soggy

My type of place, several great beers to choose from, service was amazing as was the barbecue
We were running late and Anna was great. She quickly got us a table, turned in our order, and was able to get us in and out quickly to make our Dr appt.

Right on the water inside and outside dinning. Only issue is they need to expand. Stopped back on a Friday later in the month when they were having some events in the area. Over two hour wait. Had to go somewhere else and we were looking forward to going back.

I am in the area for business and I was looking for a place for dinner. Calhoun’s came up as a barbecue restaurant which I enjoy. I pulled up their menu online and I was interested in trying their wings. They promote them as having a crispy fry on them And they promoted their barbecue sauce as hot but sweet they came in single or double I asked how many Wings came a single is 1 pound and a double order is 2 pounds. I asked for all flats which had an up charge like they do it every other restaurant which is fine. It was a three dollar up charge The wings arrived. I had nine flats which is a nice selection. I have to say I did not find the sauce the least bit spicy at all it was kind of bland actually I couldn’t call it sweet and I couldn’t call it spicy. I didn’t find the skin crispy at all, but it was cooked. Don’t get me wrong. It wasn’t rubbery, but it was not crispy at all. They were palatable, but would I order them again probably not I did try the pretzel starter. I thought it was gonna be a little pretzel bites, but it was actual little small soft pretzels. There was five of them. It came with the cheese sauce and also a brown mustard, sweet dipping sauce. Those were good although it was after 7 PM when I got there they’re open till 11. There were tables, but they sent me back in an area where I was mostly ignored although the waitress was sweet. I saw her for my order and for the bill and that was it no checking in on me. Also they serve wings with no what naps or extra napkins when I left just before 8 PM, even though they still had three more hours to be open, it was pretty empty in there and it was definitely felt like they were trying to get the customers that were left out of the restaurant so they could probably close early I assume. It’s an average place. I wouldn’t probably go back when I’m in the area.
