The BEST margaritas in Knoxville!
Good food, but the WORST customer service ever.
These guys have the best and I do mean the best local Mexican food. Small group of people, awesome environment. Way better than the chain type joints. We get takeout from here a lot and it's always absolutely amazing.
We had a great time at Cancun. I choose it for my birthday dinner with my family. The food & service was great and we basically had the back area to our self. We had a great time enjoying our meal and company.
We like this place. Good food reasonable prices and close to shopping.
Was busy! Very surprising because the signature Cancun fajita disk was uninspired and super bland and that includes the rice beans etc. very disappointing. Service was mediocre also

I've eaten here very often over the past 10 or so years. It's my favorite Mexican restaurant. The food is always great. I love the bright beautiful atmosphere. The staff is always very polite. I've never had a bad experience.
Parking: Plenty of free parking. I will say if you have never been to the restaurant before it's a bit confusing to get into the parking lot. It's going to appear that you are heading toward the hotel behind it. The parking lot will be to the left right before the hotel parking lot.
