This restaurant inside Copper Cellar was a decent dining experience overall. The food was fresh and thoughtfully prepared, though it didn’t quite reach an excellent or standout level for us. Everything tasted good, just not especially memorable.
The service was attentive and friendly, which definitely helped elevate the experience. Our server checked in at the right times and made sure everything was taken care of. While the menu and flavors could be more authentic, the dishes were still enjoyable and well executed.
Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re already at Copper Cellar or looking for a reliable meal, even if it doesn’t quite deliver a truly authentic or exceptional experience.

We stopped in from out of town on a Friday night at 6:30. We were told the wait would be about 40mins but it only ended up being about 20/25mins. Great wine selection and highly recommend the manicotti. Service was fast and great. Overall a great dining experience!

The pasta sauce was watery, the chicken parm was burnt and then covered with cheese so they could still sell it, and it was just disappointing because I was really expecting quality Italian food, but it fell short. The atmosphere is fantastic, and maybe the copper seller steakhouse menu has a bit more integrity than the cappuccino's menu. I'm still looking for a true quality Italian restaurant here, and I have yet to find one. I can now cross this one off the list.

My fiance and I went to Cappuccino’s after our engagement. Carson made us feel very welcome and cared for, and the food was beyond delicious.

We love to sit at the cozy old school ornate wood and copper bar for drinks and dinner. We often meet new and old friends around the friendly bar. I've eaten a lot of lasagne around the country and world but the best I've ever had is at Cappuccino's. It's sounds like a mundane entre option but don't be fooled. Try it, you'll love it.

My wife thought the truffle oil in pasta was too strong, but I liked it. Baked manicotti was great. Old fashioned cocktail was nice. Atmosphere feels like a high class 1980s restaurant.

The atmosphere was very nice but the 80's music! Ruined it!! How about a little Italian dinner music 🤔
I had mushroom ravioli. The ravioli was nicely done, but the sauce was really rich and heavy and a little sweet. I also had the creamy lemon basil soup with orzo which was crisp and creamy. Great flavors.
Service was excellent.

Excellent food, every time. Service has always been great. This is one of our favorites in Knoxville.
The atmosphere was very relaxing and service was phenomenal. My wife rated the food very high and the only reason I didn’t was because the food was a little too fancy for my palate but what I did eat was very good and we will definitely be back.
