I ordered the Giant Fish Sandwich Combo and they gave me fried ropes. They look like thick ropes that have been dipped in baderd and then fried. Never again going to this lazy place.

Waited over 30 minutes in the drive through line, requested a refund and the girl at the window said they don’t do refunds. She said the reason it’s so slow is they only have one cook. I was on a lunch break so it took forever and will never come here again. Absolutely unacceptable.

People that work there treated me very good on ever visit . Sunday and Wednesdays are the best deals for seniors.

I ordered a battered fish, shrimp and fry meal. I got the fish, shrimp and added fried okra. Which came fried in a ball, an undercooked ball of okra and a battered piece of chicken which was not supposed to come with the meal. I also ordered the spicy giant fish sandwich and got an undercooked “classic” fish sandwich that was not supposed to have tartar sauce but was drenched in it. There were only two employees working and working their butts off at that. I do not blame them, one had an arm brace on and was still working. I blame the ownership, this is ridiculous. I’d go back if they would actually staff the restaurant properly that way quality control is handled appropriately.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Absolutley horrible! When I walked in. The manager was issuing refunds because people had been waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. I went ahead and ordered a two piece fish and fries. And a drink. Waited 25 minutes for my food. While waiting witnessed male staff member in the lobby with his hands in his pants. Both restrooms were closed for cleaning When my food finally came. The piece of fish was the size of a French fry in diameter. When brought to the managers attention. She said. Well, take it up with corporate that’s what happened when we got bought out. She offered a refund and I said I’ll go ahead and keep it since I’ve waited so long. She was very rude. Could’ve offered to make it right with some extra fries or hush puppies. But instead said to take it up with corporate. Please DO NOT EAT HERE! after the wait the food wasn’t even fresh Absolutely worst experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant in my life.

Did a delivery thru Grubhub. Food was over cooked, awful. Call manager and she tried to blame Grubhub for how it was cooked. Need new manager and new preparers of food. Poor service. I just wasted #38.54. Never again.

The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful! The food made a member of our group sick and throw up. Was told by an employee who never said their name or who they were that we had to leave or they would call the cops on us, and they actually called the cops and we were forced to leave after the employee lied to the cops on us.

This is the worst staff and location that they have. Corporate needs to step in and turn it around. The staff were yelling at customers. Most of the customers on this date were after church elderly individuals. The hushpuppies were burnt and when asked if they could be replaced i was told yeah I doubt that's going to happen. I'm not exaggerating. It's bad. I will not be visiting this location anytime soon. If there were a negative score that's what they would get. Consider yourself warned. ⚠️

Actually thought the place was closed when I pulled in due to the high grass everywhere. After getting my fish sandwich I wish they had been. I used to eat here woth my husband but been about a year since he passed away. I decided to stop and relive some good memories. Bad decision. Opened box and thought food looked odd but it always use to be so good. Took one bite a d spit it out. Thankfully I did because im pretty sure I got food poisoning just from that. U was sick for 2 days after. Never go here

Usually the fish and fries are hot and amazingly delicious. But this one occasion it was still delicious but cold. Also the funnel cake fries were hard.
