Usually the fish and fries are hot and amazingly delicious. But this one occasion it was still delicious but cold. Also the funnel cake fries were hard.

Came in today for the senior deal and my mother ordered it incorrectly, we didn’t notice until after paying the young lady got her store manager to help and she was very kind to fix the issue by giving mom a nice slice of key lime pie! The store was clean and our meals were hot at fresh. We will be back soon!

I ordered two Seafood Samplers at the drive-thru today. Total price with tax $28+. The fish planks were long, skinny and just OK. The chicken was very small and over-cooked with a rubber texture. The six shrimp were way over-done and very dark in color. The hush puppies were tasteless and hard little balls of over-cooked corn meal. As for the fries and cole slaw basic Captain D's, nothing outstanding. This was a bad experience. Captain D's continues to decline in food quality and portion size while prices go up. No bang for your buck here.

I have been to this store many times. The BEST service I ever get is when Rochelle is working. She is customer service oriented, professional and kind. She cares about the customers and it shows. Never going during daytime again. Rochelle Rocks. Keep her happy so she stays! 💥❣️ If I still had my business I would hire her💯💯💯

The fish is not completely cooked. Very little flakey white fish, mushy white fish. Seems to be in a hurry, hush puppies are almost always dropped 2 or 3 times. There also dark from grease not changed. When store had some renovations going on and a couple Managers were there, food was excellent. I am not the only person to notice that the fish isn't done....Good product, A cook that don't take pride in doing the job. Next illness from it, We're going to court.

I don’t know what has happened to this place!! hadn’t been there for a while so my husband and I recently ate there. The restaurant is so nasty. It has really gone down hill. My husband said the green beans used to be good but now they have no seasoning and taste like they were poured straight out of a can. They need to shut this place down for a week and clean it up really good along with some painting. The prices are ridiculous, too. This place is in serious need of a good manager. You can’t tell me Captain D’s doesn’t know the condition of this restaurant. We won’t ever go back.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! The Rude cashier Shonda was on the phone with her car company the WHOLE time!!!! I stood there for about 10 mins before she even acknowledged me!! Then when I left she just handed me my foot and continued her conversation on the phone!!! Will be calling corporate because that's ridiculous!!
