Husband went inside to order our dinner to bring home. He ordered me a double order popcorn shrimp because they never give you very much. I didn't want any of their sides because I can't have them or hate them. Instead of a dinner they gave him 2 add on popcorn shrimp which was only 12 tiny little pieces & it was $9. They also have changed the batter on it & was nasty. We will never go there again. Fair warning they are ripping people off.

Shout out to the employees here. I don't think I've ever seen someone working fast food clean the top of the menu signs. Plus, it's my favorite place to eat.

Horrible place, not family friendly with the awful language they use. Took over 30 minutes to get our food which was served to another customer who touched it saying not their food and then brought it to us! Food was not fresh, fish was raw in the middle, lobster bites was hard as a rock! Will not be going back to this location!

New guy on front was great nice and polite but was not trained on register and was not helped until after asking several times and then that person acted like it was a problem to help him I seen 5 other people that work there in a loud conversation that should not have been where customers could hear the profanity that came from them was out of line especially for kids we got up and left and will not be back to this location uncalled for

2 pieces of chicken we’re not edible , 2 pieces of fish didn’t even taste like fish . Cold fries almost
rubbery. Only thing decent was the large tea . Coleslaw ok though . All came to 16.25 now I know why I never see any cars at this location, do yourself a favor and drive by this location .

Food was dry and terrible and service was bad , used the mobile app and when I go to the drive thru they made me drive around and come inside to get my order , the mobile app isn't a convenience if you have to go inside to get your order instead of just picking it up through the drive thru

Maybe the worst place I have ever visited. The lady at the counter at 4:30 PM on 28 July will go down as the rudest most inconsiderate person I have ever dealt with. Rolling her eyes, smudging up her mouth when you speak and acting like she would rather you be anywhere else but there. She didn’t say hello or goodbye or anything. I said hello to her three different times and she just looked away. The food was pretty terrible and I was shocked because it took them 20 minutes to get it to me. Even though I was the only customer in the restaurant. I know now why I was the only customer in the restaurant it’s because they treat their customers like crap. I also got a bag to go even though I said I was going to eat it in the restaurant and inside the bag there were over 35 packages of tartar sauce, 16 packages of cocktail sauce, and close to 50 packets of ketchup. All of this for my two-piece fish dinner. If the owners are wondering why they are probably going to close the store down, it’s because you have the worst customer service in history and employees who don’t give a damn about your restaurant or your bottom line.

Went threw tonight after a long day at work ordered fish and chicken with 5 shrimp extra when I say the chicken was tuff as hell dried out like it had laid out most of the day it was awful so bad my dog would not even eat it .....come on people we pay good money for this food make it where we can eat it
