Corporate you guys need to handle your business. I put in an order waited 15 minutes to come pick it up. It said it would be done at 2:05. I got there at 2:10. My order was not at all in your store. They told me that I'd had to dispute it online. Whenever I paid through the website I had my order receipt. They would not give me my food and told me that I could not have my money back either and the manager was very rude never in my life. Have I paid for a service and then get told that I don't get that because of y'all's mess up eventually did get my food will not be back

Had ordered a 15 PC butterfly shrimp dinner, tried a couple of PCs , shrimp 🦐
Was not cooked through out, batter was still wet inside ( not cooked)
The shrimp on the outside was really oily.
Gave back to captain D's.
The store itself has paint peeling and falling off of the walls.

I'm glad that the community still has a Captain D's. However, this place is in need of an overhaul. The food is usually half cold and half hot. It's like they cook the fries and hushpuppies an hour ahead of the rest of the food. It's so frustrating to try to support a local restaurant when it seems they've given up on their food quality especiallywhen the prices keep going up.
The staff is most always friendly and make sure that you have all the necessary sauces that you need for your order.
Hopefully, they can get it back to hot, fresh food every time.

I went by and got my Dad and I a country style fish dinner and when I got it to my Dads and opened our so called dinner and it was all burnt up we couldn't eat none of it. So I take it back over there and told them it was burnt up and we couldn't eat any of it the hush puppy's was hard as a rock and the fish and fry was burnt up and was black. And I told the girl that was working the front desk and drive through window that I wanted two fresh plates and she brought some more out and It was the same way so I demanded a refund and she was very rude and said I needed to go back out to my car in the 100 degree heat and dig out my receit which I had just came through the drive through 10 minutes earlier and where else would I have gotten it. And the guy inside heard me say we couldn't it this which also was and employee said well everyone else is eating it I said well let them it it but wait and see if they come back but anyway I left with out a refund and I told them they could keep their food and that I will never ever be back again. What I hoped would be a nice hot fresh fish dinner for my dad that I only get to see on Sunday turned out to be the worst food we had ever gotten in my life. So people do not go to captain d.s in halls it horrible food and service.

My first visit was drive thru. I got incorrect info from the employee, and attitude. Gave them a second chance a year later, inside. Everything on the plate smelled like mold. I left the food on a dining table with a note to warn all who might enter after me. Waste of money and of time. Went elsewhere.
Dietary restrictions: Menu:Tried the shrimp and sausage jambalaya. Only four and a half shrimps, each the size of a penny. No sausage was visible. Don't waste your time and money.
The food was disappointing but the staff did the best they could. The staff was very helpful and was super friendly to all of the customers. The food quality was about the same as a retirement home cafeteria. The people who work there are wonderful. They just have low quality food that they really can't improve much no matter how hard they try.

Service was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food quality was quite good, though the catfish serving was EXTREMELY small. Batter dipped pollock was pleasing as were the side items. Happenstance meeting of friends we had not seen in decades. So much for the good points. The atmosphere was very smokey and greasy as if the exhaust system was not functioning properly. We had been nearby for a doctor appointment and wanted Captain D,s. Had to come home and wash our clothes and ourselves to remove the odor.
Dietary restrictions: I have Alpha Gal Syndrome. My meat diet is limited to fish, fowl, and vegetables. No beef, pork, dairy, etc.

Greetings earthlings. I stop in here from time to time when I'm having a rough day because hush puppies are a comfort food for me. I purchused some fish with sides so I wouldn't disturb the nice staff by being a weirdo eating a giant plate of hush puppies by himself on a Tuesday. I did not have the energy to defend accusations of being a space alien, even though hush puppies are completely appropriate human food! I was enjoying my lunch among the PITIFUL HUMANS. The human staff was very polite and helpful. I liked the human person at the cash register's glass frames and green shirt. I was still hungry when I got done eating the standard sized earth meal and the fountain soda pop drink. I went up to the cashier's stand to order a dessert, a piece of pie perhaps. The human staff member from before said thank you and have a nice day, but I did not realize they were talking to me, as I was not leaving. I assumed they were communicating on their cell phone telephone or perhaps addressing a ghost. I looked over the menu but I could not find pie. Do I have false memory syndrome? I swear Captain D's used to have pie. I asked the polite human if she would recommend the slice of cheesecake or the fried funnel cake sticks. The human recommended me the fried funnel cake sticks. Suspicious that it might be an Earthling trap I tried them carefully and they were indeed acceptable food stuff. However, my thirst for pie remains. Cease hiding your pie, earthlings! Surrender your pie secrets to me! Resistance is a mild inconvenience!
