Sat at the window for legitimately 25 minutes. I understand being busy or understaffed, but it's frustrating being sat at a window for over 20 minutes, not being informed like, hey, sorey, we are just waiting on this or that. Probably not wasting my time coming back here. I'm sure the workers are doing the best so good job guys. But not fast Food, it's slow food.

I ordered via Grubhub. They gave me cardboard fries that had been sitting all day (cold) and mushy fish. Cole slaw tasted funny. Never again. I wasted $21.00.

We took my mom to eat here and as we went walking up to the door the lady working the front came and opened the door for us since my mom is in a wheelchair. From then we received excellent customer service and the food was great/fresh! This is the best Captain D’s and we will be back for sure! So hard to find such great service anymore, so I have to say they deserve a five star rating!

Went through drive thru. Fast ordering and brief wait for order. Friendly person at window and food came out smelling good. Tasted great!
Ordered a family meal and received an entire box of crunchies...?? This is actually the SECOND time this has happened to me at this location. $60 for a family meal, small coleslaw, and a drink. Ugh. I did NOT receive my 3 stuffed crabs. Tried to call the store but nobody answered. Oh well, I guess? ?
