Was in Knoxville for an event and did a search for food. Google did not fail me with Captain Jack's. I ordered the small Cod meal with fries and greens. It was AMAZING. Best fish I have ever gotten in a restaurant of any caliber let alone a fast food place. The greens are also amazing. This will definitely be a spot I return to the next time I am in town.

I ordered a "small" meal. The portions are very generous and I couldn't finish it. The fish was perfectly seasoned and fried crisp. The potato salad was a little sweet for my liking but still good. Generous helping of sauces as well. Staff was very friendly.

The food was great! Above average, pricy but so is everything else. The menu in person has gone up from what shows on Google! Management, you need to remove the old Menu pricing and put the new up on Google!

I've ate Three times from Captain Jack's. And let me tell you. This place is the best in town. There no other place like. The food is fantastic. I gets #15 two wings three big shrimp one fish dinner with two sides. And a drink of your choice. And any sauces you need. Friendly customer service. I believe I've spent roughly $18:00 oh there greens are very tasty green beans baked beans mashed potatoes sooooo delicious I'm going back very soon. So if you are looking for something tasty and full of flavor will Captain Jack's is the go to place. I've never been inside to eat there yet, wide selection of food items too. Popeyes, KFC, and Bojangles just to name a few.. then I seen this place.. Captain Jacks.. on Magnolia Ave. Automatically I thought of fish. So I went in and ordered fried cod with 2 sides... then I seen it... chicken livers and gizzards.. oh wow. So I ordered both. Captain Jack's has now become my new best friend!

Y'all, go here for dinner TODAY. I was shocked at the taste of the food. Their Mac N Cheese actually tastes like it should, catfish is surprisingly good, and so is the other food. It is not ridiculously expensive, either. I ordered a 3 piece catfish meal, which came with hushpuppies, 2 sides and a drink $15ish. Staff was very friendly as well and food didn't take forever.
