Capybara Coffee was an awesome addition to my Sunday coffee shop adventures! The cafè was easy to find, lots of parking available, comfortable outdoor seating, instagram-worthy aesthetic, very clean, surprisingly inexpensive, and the service was impeccable! The pastry selection was varied and unique, and the coffee was smooth and strong. 5 stars!

FAVORITE local place to go between classes or to study. Staff are really nice and the food stuffs are super yummy. Everything is fairly priced but I’m not huge on their new reward system. Otherwise it rocks!

my favorite coffee shop in knoxville! i’ve been going here since they opened in 2019 and i’ve watched them grow into the best coffee shop in all of knoxville. their coffee is delicious, the baristas are all lovely humans, and the owners are the sweetest people (they even helped me with my brazilian portuguese homework once! obrigada!)
