We had a okay experience at Casa Don Gallo. Our service was not great: our service wasn't very good, and the food was good. The atmosphere was good inside for a mexican restaurant.
Yummy dinner. Their pollo coyoacan in addition to chorizo includes spinach. Can’t beat their plantains. My 9 1/2 yr old loved the black beans also. And did I mention the frozen margarita. Attentive service. Good family atmosphere on the outside porch. Does not disappoint!!
If you are looking for an all round good Mexican restaurant experience this is the place. Really good food, drinks you would expect and a friendly engaging staff that is over the top. If you are a customer don’t be surprised if the bartender and servers remember you and come up and speak to you. After over 500 visits to this place it still never gets old.
