They wouldn’t take my ID because it “wouldn’t scan”. It is a valid drivers license with my birth date on it. I have never had an issue with someone not taking it because it wouldn’t scan for them. Shouldn’t be my problem.

Staff is nice and store is clean but they never have anything stocked and are consistently out of the same items. Sounds like an easy fix.

My father (who is Hispanic) went in to grab cigarettes for my mother and the cashier was unnecessarily rude to him she threw them at him. My mother and I have never had an issue with her before but I have witnessed her be rude to another person before who happened to be a Hispanic man and his son. Maybe don’t be in customer service if you’re racist and hateful. The cashier has short hair and tattoos.

Stopped here to get gas after gps led me here saying open 24 hours they met me at the door said they were closed!?? When Google says they are open 24 hours why are they closed?

We stopped here to fill up on a road trip. They were blasting their music so loud it woke the baby up. Nobody needs Superfreak at 70 decibels at 10am!

This Casey's is the closest to my house and the only gas station open when I get off work. Horrible experience tonight the manager/ cashier was standing in line with a line full of people and I asked them all if they were in line and they said no then she continued to stand there talking to whomever the man was and ignored me. So I left. So rude. Very unprofessional. Not the first time she's been a little rude and finished what she has to do before checking me out. Couldn't get gas or cigs so have to wait until the morning. Thanks.
The lady at the Casey's off of gallaher in waterbridge the lady that works there is very sweet she always lets me get us some ice for my cooler so I don't have to pay $4 for a 7 lb bag of ice that melts within three hours out in this heat she really helps me and my crew out we only get paid biweekly and I also have stage 4 breast cancer with metastatic disease so I miss a lot of work she is a blessing now remember I only ask 1 time a week and if it's my pay week I buy it, yeah she is such a blessing to my crew without her help we would have to drink hot water all day long thank you for hiring such a sweet and caring people at your stores

Very convenient location - formerly Pilots - on Northshore Dr. near the Papermill Dr. I-40 East/West exits. Typical convenient store/gas station/ATM/coffee place. It's open 24 hours.
