We have been coming in there since it opened and it has been so great til recently we love the food but I was there the other night and some new employee in the deli was making food without washing his hands heard him talking bad to other employees like bullying them I usually dont say anything but this is un called for and poor management

App says pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. Show up 20 minutes after ordering and they haven't even started on my pizza. When I mentioned that I was met with an attitude and no type of apology. Asked to speak with a manager and they just shrug their shoulders and say nothing they can do about it. After getting my pizza after waiting an extra 15 minutes it was undercooked, not cut into party slices like I ordered and lacked toppings. $17 for a 1 topping pizza that barely had any toppings. Also was supposed to have hot honey on it and I couldn't taste any. Ate a few bites and threw the rest away.

This rating is based on kitchen experience. We ordered delivery and there was missing food from the order and they told us we could come in and they would make it right. When we went in they told us it would take 10 minutes for the popcorn chicken to cook and then proceeded to care more about their smoke break then taking care of their customers. 20 minutes later we got our food.

I ordered a jack o lantern pizza advertised on door dash last night around 2am but I got a regular normal pizza? I’m not sure if the employee was too lazy to make what I ordered or what. Maybe remove the item if you don’t have it.
Ordering something festive and being excited about it just for an average pizza to arrive is very disappointing.
I love this store but everytime I go in there on the weekends the employees are on their phones instead of checking people out. I shouldn't have to wait for you to put your phone down to pay and be on my way.

Friendly night staff. Got shorted a pizza by the first night time pizza gals. Pretty sure they got fired or quit after that night. Ever since then the new people working are amazing. Love there pizza and great service.

Nice clean store, 3 star rating because they TRICK YOU TO COME IN TO BUY GAS!!!! $3.10 on the sign, get to the pump its $3.25!! Shame on you Casey's!! You look CAREFULLY IN REAL SMALL LETTERS THE SIGN SAYS e88!!! Stop tricking people to get us in your store!!! PLEASE. My first time in and my last because of your trick!!! The sign is honest, BUT put the tiny e88 gas in BRIGHT LETTERS TO NOT MISLEAD PEOPLE. THANK YOU!
