This is the worst store I been to. The lady is rude and telling customers they have no way to contact managers. Serving raw chicken and when asked even about a meat thermometer she got it and only came to 130° and told to just eat it

I go to Casey's all the time and buy gas. Was unaware from the lady at the counter that you had to have the app on your phone to be able to get the discounts on things. I was going to get a cup of coffee but ask ahead of time to make sure. You shouldn't have to take up your phone space with an app and should be able to register and get a scan card like many places have. Or register it under your phone number. I said I don't want to put another app on my phone and I guess I'm out of luck. Her response was, that sucks!. That wasn't too friendly so I won't be back to this store ever again. We also buy a lot of gas by the way for our fleet trucks and will be going down to weigel's instead of using this Casey's location. Very disappointing. Definitely didn't feel valued as a customer or as a person. I guess maybe some people just shouldn't be at the front counter or hate life and bring that to their job with them? Not sure. Wish pilot would have never sold their stations to Casey's is there not managed well and the receipts on the gas pumps consistently don't work Update. January 7th, 2026. No response from Casey's yet. But they'll probably do a form letters standard I'm sorry type of response which is bogus. Casey's if you care at all you'll provide a name and contact information or email and I'll contact you directly and talk to you about this bad experience. I found out what the lady told me was false and I think she's worked there for more than a day or two so she should know. You CAN go to the website and you do not have to load the app on your phone and you can register that way. The lady at this Chapman highway location insisted that the only way I could do it was download the app and basically told me, too bad that I couldn't get the discount on the coffee. She needs to be updated so she doesn't alienate him make customers mad. My business is at middlebrook now where they know how to treat people. And I am registered for the rewards by the way Casey's management people, the middlebrook lady knew what was going on and was glad to accommodate

The pizza is good here. I was pleased to see Casey's pizza was introduced to the South. It's the best tasting pizza on the planet! Their service is wonderful and they made sure my party was the right person picking up my order after ordering online with instructions. Thank you for doing a good job!

I’ve been going to most Casey’s and getting a medium frozen drink in the styrofoam cup for at least the month of July and tonight I went to do the same thing and they tried to charge me double because of the cup all I had was 98 cents because that’s what I’ve been paying and instead of just scanning the cup they threw it away because I didn’t have the 1.97. I stop at a Casey’s at least once a day but because this happened at 2 different store I won’t be stopping at any of these store anymore.

Worst convenience store in south Knoxville since the remodel. Terrible parking lot, tiny selection, revolving door of staff. Was sooooo much better before the remodel and was GREAT when it was a Pilot store

they juuuust opened back up, and Nick the Manager was so polite, friendly, and kind. I'm very glad this location is back open, so convenient.

This Casey's on Chapman Highway was renovated and reopened yesterday (5/8/25). It's nice and clean, the staff were very friendly. The kitchen is a nice addition. I can't wait to try the pizza. There's a nice variety of foods and drinks and the prices are reasonable. I'm so glad they're back. They were missed.

Prices on the cooler stated “ 2/$3.75” for coke products. Lady @ register charged me $4.52 politely asked her about the price difference & the only answer I got was her shrugging her shoulders. Lousy attitude! I’ll go elsewhere next time.
