This is a good Casey's in Knoxville, Tennessee. It is pretty cramped against the road but it is spacious and clean inside. Staff were nice, and there were a lot of food options.

It is no overstatement that even after it was repaved, this still might be the single worst parking lot in the city. Getting out is a nightmare. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent pizza! The store remodel looks great and I'm so happy that this location now serves pizza! My first pizza at this location was delicious and the employees were very hospitable. Highly recommend!

Always a vehicle blocking the pump (that doesn’t work) closest to the store. Meaning if your vehicle can’t fit you have to back up in the congested parking lot.
Edit: isn’t it funny that the “ownership” cares that little that instead of reading my comment and thinking “maybe we should move the employees car that’s parked in the wrong spot” they leave a canned message to try and game the Google review algorithm. DO NOT USE THIS GAS STATION.

Asked the lady how much for a refill she told me the price of a new cup so rude talking bout it’s not a Casey’s Cup like that matters and the young man that worked with her smelled just like pot had the whole store stank and they wasn’t anyone else n the store but them n me I asked him for the manager name and of course he said he didn’t know I never had these issues at this store til tonight very to life and unprofessional they both dnt need they jobs making Casey’s look bad

I have never been more disappointed in a store, I came in to get cigarettes and the cashier Candice was completely rude and fowl mouthed, she had a really bad attitude, not to mention she was on the phone the entire time. Very bad customer service
