I went in to use the bathroom and about 5 minutes after I entered the bathroom the employees started knocking on the door. I responded immediately that I was still using the facilities. A few minutes after that another knock. I again responded i was still using the facilities. A few minutes after that a guy pounded on the door demanding me to vacate the bathroom. I responded by saying that I was still on the toilet and I'd be out when I was done. If the employees are going to give ppl a time limit on the usage of the bathrooms it should be clearly stated so ppl like me with medical issues don't get harassed while trying to do their thing. I'm in this store a lot but I think this will be my last visit to this location. People with disabilities shouldn't be shamed on how long they're in a bathroom by that stores employees. I'm writing this as I left, I will be contacting the store manager to let him/her know my experience with this. And Google reviews needs to let ppl put negative stars because this place certainly deserves it.

I have tried Pizza from this Casey's twice since they remodeled and added a kitchen. Both times there have been problems. This time I ordered a Veggie Pizza (as posted on their web site menu) which includes onions, green peppers, black olives and mushrooms. Today, the employees seemed confused. They made me a pizza with the usual four veggies plus jalapenos, banana peppers, pickles, and tomatoes. I didn't return it because it just wasn't going to be worth the effort. I've purchased pizza at four other Knoxville stores and never had a problem. Get your act together Casey's Fountain City. You may be the worst store in town.

Like several Casey's around Knoxville that claim 24 hours I walk up to the doors and they're locked.
