I wanna love this place but the people running the kitchen literally do not care.. Twice they haven't been able to make cookies(once they gave us raw cookies in a pizza box). And the pizza is declining fast. Guess I'm going back to weigels.

Congratulations, you got me. I tried to order a large thin crust. I clicked on the large pepperoni and when I changed the crust from normal to thin, the App changed the size to medium. I didn't catch the unintuitive change and picked up a much smaller pizza from what I wanted of a dollar less.Just don't go to this pizza place and you will not have this issue.Booo Casey's.

I called just a few minutes ago to ask if they sell money orders. The guy that answered the phone picked it up and said who is calling this early in the morning! This is a 24 hour location people can call at anytime! It is rude to say that let alone just because you think a customer can’t hear you! This is why I don’t go to Casey’s your employees are just rude.

This is a new locator me since my new job is right next to it.I love it. The pizza is delicious. It's fully stocked and has lots of drink and food options and the main guy behind the counter is always awesome.

This is third time I have been in this store since it changed from Pilot. Every time has been a disaster! The cashiers are always so rude! The prices do not reflect the tags on the shelf, and they won't honor the shelf tags. This store is not customer oriented and it is not a welcoming environment. The store is so empty & there are no pour coffee pots. Every item on the shelf says "Casey's" and there aren't many familiar brands that are in so many other gas stations. I will never come here again! It's a terrible store!
In my time here I've found some Casey's stores to be ok. But I don't like this one at all. The cashier reminds me of a Braunschweiger sandwich. Both his personality and his appearance.

Will never stop at any Casey’s again. Gas sign and pump show one price and even after the credit card is excepted, the price suddenly jumps up almost $.50 a gallon. Store clerk said he couldn’t do anything about it that the price just changes when it wants to.

Coffee was awful at this location too. Everyone ive talked too so far bout this new brand of store n coffee absolutely hate it..get better coffee and get the international coffee creamer is what knoxville wants.
