The food was just not that great. And the cleanliness could have been better. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Went and sat at a booth in the corner which is fine until the only booth behind us was constantly occupied by a waiter watching loud videos on his phone. Asked him nicely to turn down the volume and he stomped off then later came back and resumed watching videos at full volume directly behind me trying to enjoy a meal with friends.
Also they are consistently out of things on their menu.
Will not be spending money here again. (Came back and gave them another star because I do continue to come here lol, but sometimes they do have the octopus things I like and their margs are good.)

The food is great and they can actually sweeten tea to please a southerner. The quality of food is better than the usual Mexican style restaurants. I was asked if I'd like flour or corn tortillas which most places never do. We had the calamari for an appetizer. I had the fajitas and my wife I believe had a fajita quesodills. All the food was hot and correct. My wife and I will definitely be back.

Thank you for the kind and wonderful service. My family has had one of the worst weeks of our lives and this cheered my family right up. We were given Mexican street corn on the house which was the first time I’ve had some before! I was told about the kindness and wonderful service from friends before but experiencing in first hand was the real treat. Amazing food, staff, and service. Thank you for letting us escape reality for an hour and eat at your lovely business

Best Mexican restaurant in town. This business not only offers the best food but the warmest and friendliest people you will ever meet. I feel at home here, we took my mom for her birthday 🎂 and my sister and her family when they visited Knoxville. The staff and owner welcomed us with smiles and open arms every time. Javier is amazing and very personable. Great food and atmosphere..had molcajete and chimichanga and delicious salsa and cheese dip while I sipped my orange Paloma (best one I've had in a long time!! Then i had Turtle Cheese cake to top it all off..Very reasonably priced you should try for sure 😋

Ordered from Uber Eats and picked up. The sour cream tasted spoiled and the fish tacos looked like a 2 year old smashed it together with nothing on it, all of the food we tasted lacked flavor and was cold. $50 la taqueria would never haha… sorry it just wasn’t good
