This is our second visit to Cedar Bluff Nutrition, and we’ve really enjoyed the drinks! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my kids excited to come back. We definitely plan to return. Thank you so much for all that you do!

Love this place! These drinks and ice cream is the best well worth hour drive to get them!
I got the Prom Queen today after my workout, and it was so good! Also, all of the employees were so kind. I’ll definitely be back to visit while I’m in town. 💜
Friendly service
I get the same drink at all nutrition locations depending on the day of the week/where I’m working. This location always tastes “watered down” or that they skimp on something. I usually buy a 2nd drink for my coworker and they agree that they are less flavorful for some reason. I’ve been here at least 4 times and it’s the same experience each time. Truly disappointing. Reading other reviews, it looks like this isn’t only my experience.
Loved my chocolate plant based protein shake! It tastes like a milk shake, and for the macros listed, I'll definitely be back!
I should have paid better attention to the menu before ordering, I didn't realize until after I finished the shake, the menu shows that the chocolate flavors are not gluten free, it looks like only the vanilla base is gf.
It's also very cute inside and the baristas are very sweet.
Teas are always amazing. Customer service is spot on every time. Young man that works in the morning is super friendly!
first time ever trying and it was amazing! i asked them to surprise me and they did not disappoint. they made a drink called pookie bear and it was the bomb. definitely coming back

The BEST tea shop in knoxville. They have so many flavor combos and their seasonal menus never miss. I love the staff and going to get my daily tea makes my day. Parking is good and the establishment is clean and fun with different local vendor goods. They even have permeant jewelry pop ups!! 10 Stars.

This place is soo cute and well deserving! Got the Aquarious drink with my daughter getting a kids Aquaman and they taste amazing! Great service from the young girl working very polite. After leaving i noticed there was these cute little msgs written on the cups. Soo cute love ❤️
