Everyone got sick

Whoever put fives on this review were either paid or were at a different restaurant. I waited forever with hardly any other customers there and they spent most of their time talking to each other rather than preparing my food. The sandwich was lacking meat and it was dried on the edges

my wife and I went to the one in Walmart Kinzel Way. The wait was long to order and the wait to get our food after even longer. the female at the counter was not very friendly and the service was not real good. I ask for mustard on my sub, we have it only in packets. I got my food, no mustard, asked again, we have it only in packets. after a few minutes walked to the counter and got handed packets of mustard. The French Fries are the worst I've ever tasted. the subs are good but most certainly not $35 good. I'll have to pass on this place and won't be back.

Excellent philly! Will definitely go back. The two of us split a regular size Bacon 3 Cheese Philly combo to save a few bucks but it was absolutely delicious and worth it. We'll splurge and get two sandwiches and try the cheese fries next time!

Best fast food cheesesteak I've had in over a year. The fries and food were FRESH!
Price was kind of high, but in line for a mall food court and the service was SPOT-ON!

Awful. And they are advertising on social media, payrate is $12 and hour! Despicable! You can't pay your employees a livable wage? You don't deserve to run a business!

Undercooked fries, bland and flavorless steak, they can't even melt the cheese fully. No longer provide a tray, so good luck carrying your items without making a mess. Used to be the best place in Knoxville to get a cheesesteak, now near the bottom.

Our family ate here on October 12th, shortly after we are to go through the mall we all got a very upset stomach, all night into the afternoon. Never will I ever eat here again

I don't think I've ever been asked if I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and pickles on my Philly cheese steak sandwich 🤣🤣 very original of this place

The food is delicious the lemonade has pulp wich I love but I understand how some might not the service was fast and professional and polite the prices are reasonable this has been a good first try for me i hope this place does well

Absolutely worst customer service ever. Ordered my son and myself sandwiches drinks, and fries. They wanted 28 dollars for a that which my son didn’t even get what he wanted. Then they wanted to argue with me about it.

The food is good but this location is run by idiots.

Cook to order food and fries can't get that at McDonald's or anyplace else for that matter and it doesn't take then 25min to complete an order. The line on a busy day you you might spend 5 minutes tops. I Love this place got some really good

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have ramps at some of the entrances and elevators for those who chose to park in the parking garage...
