I only leave review when the experience is atrocious! 25 min for 2 value meals? The girl at check out looks like she was flirting with a customer. Food was not great. The onion fries were not cooked long enough. Checkers have been good everywhere I went. Not this one! $20 wasted.

We went there today, May 30th, 2025, at 2:41, we got the 4 spicy chicken sandwiches for 5 dollars, and ordered my aunt one of their burgers but without onions and mustard, they gave us her combo but forgot the burger, so my mom called in asking about the burger and told her she could go in anytime today to get the burger THEY forgot. My mom agreed but then my Aunt said she didn't want to burger anymore so my mom called again. (By the way my mom had to call them twice each time, only you be answered on the second call.) So she asked if she could just go by a different day to get the burger and they told her no and that she needed to come anytime today to get the burger, they can not give it to her on a different time, so then my mom asked for a refund on her card, and they told her it was against policies to give her a refund. Never in my days heard of a fast food place not able to give a refund for their mistake. But on top of that my mom asked why she couldn't get a refund for their mistake, and the fact that she would have to waste even more gas to get there, and they proceeded to man splain on the phone. Now my father will be heading over there and cause a fuss since they were being ridiculous. Thanks so much for the experience Checkers. Customer service in your fast food place sucks.

Been going since they opened. Fast food can rarely ever be a 10/10, it's almost impossible the way restaurants run currently. The value for your dollar is better than any of the other fast food options. Taco Bell could be comparable. That's why I come back. I eat fast food around once a month. I will not go to any of the other fast food spots near by, if I want cheap and easy I go to Checkers.
