Went through the drive-thru and they left some of my food out of the bag. The Manger lady told us that the order was all in the bad and told us to go back through the drive-thru. This whole time she hasba bad attitude and getting hateful with us. Get to the window and the lady again is wanting to fight with us about what is in the bag. Then tells us to put all the food back in the bag and proceed to go through our food. Then the lad gets even more mad because she sees that we was right and basically throws the bag back us and goes and gets our food. We never got I'm sorry or anything like that. There will be a few phone calls made in the morning

AI needs to go. Not user friendly and you cannot see what you're being charged for we wanted the $1.20 8pc chicken bites but it could not understand us and we ended up getting the box and we didn't know until after. Guys working were cool and accommodating.

Food was really breezy and our fries were cold. Took a while to get through the drive thru and they weren't even busy. The employees were obviously loathing their jobs! Hope you all are having a better day!

I’m law enforcement by profession. I get paid for my work and although it maybe store policy to not let LEO pay, I wanna pay for my food. That being said I want my food to be quality not salt pour on it so much you can’t eat it and there’s a reason I order unsweetened tea and not soda. So if you like LEO why taint my food with salt and not give me the drink I ordered? If employees don’t want LEO just say it. The Manager said “you do this every time “ Yes because I wanna pay. I’d rather you refuse to serve me as to make my food inedible.

You don’t order from an actual employee. An automated system takes your order. The guy at the window smelled terrible and acted like it was a chore to hand me my order. I ordered a bbq burger and got a chicken sandwich that was so poorly put together that it looked like it came out of the dumpster. Never ever going back.
