Changing my review after last night. Ordered the meatloaf with brown gravy. No gravy they said it would be just a bit. We were there at 5:30 why wasn’t the kitchen ready? They lost my business and my boyfriend’s business.
There are just no reasons why the kitchen wasn’t ready.

I ordered the New Orleans Pasta, everything was good except I only had one slim piece of the sausage in it. Was very disappointed with the care in making a complete plate.

Fries were cold. The lettuce in the salad was old. The server wasn't very friendly :-/ It's a dim dreary place.

I got the Key West chicken and shrimp. The chicken was overcooked and the size of each shrimp was very small. We liked our server and the food came out fast.

I've been here 3 times so far & it's been excellent every time! I drive from Sevierville to come here & will continue to come back!

There was 3 of us. I had ordered the country fried steak with broccoli and baked potatoes. The crust on the meat was good, til I hit the beef, NOPE it tasted like it was par boiled and unseasoned, the broccoli waS NO BETTER. My son got the pork chop and carrots, carrots were great he said the chops (rubbery) no so much . DIL she got grill chicken breast, they were rubbery ( like they were par boiled). So not a good experience

I just do not ever get tasty food at Cheddars. My wife had the chicken pot pie before and I tried it and liked it. Here it tasted sweet. The flavor was off bad. I do not recommend the pot pie.

I’m very disappointed me my fiancĂ© and my 1.5 year old son came to eat at this location it’s been a while since we have at cheddars. The food was good but the staff were horrible! Are server/waitress didn’t really do her job good me as a worker who works on this type of Industry but at a high class restaurant it’s nothing compared to cheddars the server didn’t give my fiancĂ©, his second drink until we had to wait to ask. She was very very rude. The food was great but she kept coming over every second being very inpatient.also when my fiancĂ© was talking to our server there was another server that came up to her while my fiancĂ© was talking to her about our order just started talking to her interrupting my FiancĂ©. And then when we were leaving the hostess didn’t really say have a good night only when we walked out the door she was to busy on her phone as a hostess where I work we are not even allowed to have are phone out we are expected to say have a good day or night because it’s respectful! But I didn’t feel that way I felt disrespected even my fiancĂ© felt that way but I’m not sure if I want to come to the Kingston pike location ever again! I never complained like this but today was a different situation

It was a pretty solid choice for a rainy Saturday afternoon. My only gripe was the appetizer of onion rings that cost $8.49 came out Luke warm. And they came out late. $3.19 for a soft drink is pretty much a complete rip off.
