The location is nice, tucked back in on the lake and the establishment is pretty cool. 3 levels two of them being decks. The bottom floor had a little tiki bar where the bands play, it's a nice set up. I was Not impressed however with the drink choices and practically venue prices on them. I ordered only 1 drink and it came like this, this is not half drank either. $17.

The sum of all the parts here are what makes it worth a try. This marina location has been different names over the years, with different types of food, and I'm pretty sure I tried all of them. This iteration seems to be more fitting for this area than some of the past places. I, unlike many it seems, thought that there was actually pretty good value for what you pay for here. Another thing that was noticed is how solidly executed everything was: nothing was necessarily spectacular but everything we ordered was tasty and worth trying again. Service was cheerful and sufficiently attentive.

The fish and chips were fried to perfection, golden, crispy, and honestly the best I’ve had in ages. Unfortunately, the side dish I didn’t order was a full serving of flaming hot chigger bites. Delicious food, but the patio doubles as an all-you-can-eat buffet… for the bugs. Highly recommend the kitchen, but unless you enjoy being a human tapas plate, maybe suggest they season the patio with DEET before seating the next round of customers. Being the type of person who has to rub their feet together like a cricket to fall asleep, this is my worst nightmare. I will not be sleeping for the foreseeable future. Thank you Chiggers at Choto!

Nice waterfront pub. Live music and friendly service. The drinks and specials were a little pricey. The Mahi Mahi and burger were tasty. The cocktail was fairly strong.
Excellent experience and wonderful lunch menu. Sat outside overlooking the water. Personable and friendly staff. Really enjoyed it all!!

The mahi-mahi was amazing... Try it with a side of the mac and cheese they make in house... However I'm trying to talk to them into using Benton's bacon instead of commercial bacon bits.... Aside from that this place is top notch, real food real price... Angel is awesome. The bill was amazing but he took constructive criticism very well... Might have helped that he could already tell that I absolutely love the meal just wanted to see a small modification

Malaina was our waitress, she was excellent, very attentive , made sure we were very well taken care of, our food was amazing! The chef and staff were top notch! If you haven’t experienced Cheers at Chota, give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!!!

This was a lovely spot for lunch with a view of the lake! Malaina was our server and she had the sweetest personality! She was friendly and attentive to us. She made a positive difference in our day by the way she brought a very human touch to our meal! We were late for our reservation due to an accident and subsequent road closure. When we called the restaurant to alert them and asked for an alternate route, the young lady who answered was most gracious to us and gave us another way there! The staff at Cheers shines! The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is the prices were way too high for this sort of food and bar drinks.The food tasted good, but way too expensive for bar type food.
