When we told Chef Mo that we were throwing a wedding for 200 people in our front yard he said, "Wow, y'all are really doing it right!". Everything about our experience working with Chef Mo and his team was easy and worth it. Chef Mo was easy to communicate with regarding planning, his team (Latonya and Leroy) were punctual, friendly, and encouraging, and the food was amazing. We had everything from greens to brisket and we had comments from our guests (who live across the country) saying that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Chef Mo is a true staple in South Knoxville and the surrounding areas. Definitely hire him and his team for your next catered event.

Came in on our day we are closed and we both agree that chef moes food is a perfect example of home cooking goodness. The food was amazing and the service couldn't have been better. It was a just over a 30 minute drive for us but honestly we will be back because it was worth every minute of the drive.

We just ate here for the first time today and we are so upset we didn’t find this place sooner!! Everything we ordered was amazing. We are driving home and live 30 minutes away and all anyone talked about on the car ride was how delicious their food was! Portions are great, price is great for the portion sizes and the owner was super welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back soon!

Don't go here. I'm sure they're great, but the owner just told me they're never going to be open anymore because he just does catering now.I've tried to go to this place three times during business hours and it's been closed.Don't waste your time.Again, the owner told me on the phone that he never opens the cafe anymore because he just does catering now.

Don't go here. I'm serious. They don't open during their stated hours. I've driven here TWICE to try it out during their advertised hours (on the door and on Google) and they have a paper sign on the door stating "closed for catering".It really doesn't matter how good a restaurant is if they're never open when they say they are. You're likely to waste your time if you try to eat here. I know I did.
