I placed an order for the cfa in student union via kiosk. I received my text at 10am that my order was placed. However, after waiting for 20 minutes I asked if my order was almost complete. The employee ensured me it would be ready soon. After I waited for half an hour I decided to ask for a refund. It’s absurd to wait half an hour for fast food. I still have not received my refund. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would.

After waiting 45 minutes for the food my grandson got sick from the food and threw it up at the UT game. Too many kids running around with cases of beer to be considered a family place. I was really surprised at the non caring employees. Shame on Chick FIL A for allowing the bad food and atmosphere.
