We did not have a good experience at this chickfilla. Firstly, there was lots of traffic and only one lane. Secondly, the lady who touched my money also touched my ice cream cone, which was stale. The fries are stale and overcooked, but everything else was fine. The lady doing my apple pay, her machine wouldn't reach to my car so she had to take my phone into the restaurant. All in all I am very disappointed.
Dietary restrictions: Grilled nuggets for gluten free folks
Parking: Plenty of spots in the large plaza.
Kid-friendliness: I mean, it's chickfilla. They have kids meals.
As a family, we frequent Chick-fil-A often. There are two Chick-fil-A‘s near me equally apart. This one is more convenient for my family. They continually mess up my orders at Northshore . These orders are very simple no specialty or no custom items. Today waited over 20 minutes in the drive-through to get a four count chicken, mini and hashbrowns and a sweet tea. Got home with the wrong order after being asked three times my name and my order.

This location is extremely slow compared to others. Somewhere understandable due to it being a new location but it's been open for months now. I've learned that going in isn't any faster. I've been several times since their opening but I'm giving up.
Great service, fairly fast. My only complaint is the parking in front of the store is ALL reserved for pickup orders and rarely anyone using them. Families have to walk across the parking lot with kids.

What is the point of ordering ahead of time when it does not go back into the kitchen until you arrive and you still have to stand and wait while watching 27 cars go through the drive-through and exit before you’ve even received your meal!!!???! Training on the expedited process of ordering ahead of time needs to be implemented!!!!

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, which made today’s experience super disappointing. My sandwich and fries were not hot at all when they got to my car. I was in a hurry so didn’t bother to go in and ask for fresh food, otherwise I would have. I think maybe it was leftover food from the earlier lunch rush. Cold, old tasting fries and the cheese on the sandwich didn’t even get warm bc the sandwich wasn’t warm enough. I will avoid this location in the future.

I can trust Chick-fil-A to have a clean restaurant to also include the parking lot and drive-thru. The other part you can count on are employees who are enthusiastic about their jobs.
