Slowest Chick-fil-A in America and the only one where I have to check to see if my order is correct.
2/11/26 updateâŠâŠ. This place still sucks and I think itâs gotten worse, slow, orders not right and this morning I got a chicken burrito meal and the tortilla was so hard it broke apart. This place is pathetic

Stopped in today for a carryout order. Was greeted by Muhammad. He was prompt, very kind and helpful. Thank you for having a wonderful staff.

Pulled up exhausted, sweaty, with three wild kids in tow. The manager Davidâin his bowtieâsaw us coming, opened the door, and ushered us in with a big smile. Even gave us toys for the kids. The place was spotless, and nobody batted an eye when the kids stormed through the restaurant to the play area.
The whole team just has this vibe like they actually care about their jobs and about you. You just don't see that anymore, even at fancy restaurants. Food was hot and perfect as always, but the friendly, no-drama service really stood out. Made a rough afternoon feel a lot better.
This location gets it right. Definitely coming back.

I mean...we all already know Chick-fil-a is awesome right? Its why there's always a line at every location I've ever seen! Their customer service is 2nd to none in the fast food industry, their methods in efficiency for dealing with high volume drive thru times is innovative genius, and their food is ALWAYS hot fresh & delicious.
This particular location was so clean and loved the area of town (not every day you see multiple Porsches driving around the same parking lot). Ordered a kids meal with ice cream and a nugget meal. Not a single sauce or item missing or wrong. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because my 4 year old was so excited for the ice cream as a treat...and we were informed that the ice cream machine was broken. :( She was so sad!
Things happen and it was a good practice lesson for her in how to handle disappointment or things not going our way. We will definitely be back!

Offering incomplete in-app credit for a missed item and requiring my physical return to a location I do not frequent for an actual refund is not the chick-fil-a I used to know.
I ended up going out of my way to return to this location as requested by the manager and did receive a refund. So I guess it is ârightâ now.
It just wasnât the Chick-fil-a experience I feel like I remember. No offer to remake or replace the missed item nor any other offer to make good. I donât want to have to ask. Kind of mediocre all around.
It cannot be my problem that the system youâre using doesnât correctly provide credit for missed or incorrect items ordered through your own app. Yet, here we are. Hope that feels fair to whoever reads this at this location and knows what happened.

We had chick-fil-a delivered to our hospital and JoAnn was lovely. She was very friendly and enjoyed meeting her.

Super friendly and helpful staff inside. I was greeted immediately and while I was going to dine in I had to change and go Togo, the 2 minutes I was waiting for our amazing Peppermint milkshakes, I had 3 different employees ask if I needed anything. I got extra boxes to share the 30 count nuggets with my kiddos alas well. Very nice location and nice people.

Eh! Paid extra for a service to deliver our food to our kids and there was a food item that was incorrect and it was change over from breakfast to lunch so I wasnt able to get a replacement at the store..and I decided to get drinks instead but we were told we had to go through our online service for their mistake and I paid for the drinks upon exit..extra trip was a waste of time trying to get their mistake fixed. Oh well!

Just drive through, service was excellent, as to be expected.
Chick-fil-A food is overrated in my opinion, but that's just personal taste. And it always seems I only want it on Sundays, when they're not open.
