Horrible experience. Two times I have come here in a row and they skip past my order and I end up waiting 10+ minutes for my order only to ask about it and it's no longer up there, then spend another 5 waiting for food. My dorm is right next to this cfa but I'd honestly save time if I took the time to walk to the one at Student Union.

Ordered a large fry multiple times, and it might as well have been a small. the only packed it a third of the way. they also only filled up my drink HALFWAY. this is lazy and unacceptable.UPDATED:they also forgot to use my meal equivalency, and when I asked if I could get a refund for the money they took they refused and said it was too late, even though it was their fault.

I really love PCB so I don't enjoy saying this, but this one is terrible. I've lived on the UT campus 4 semesters now and maybe 20% of my experiences at this chick fil a were acceptable, at best. The sauce I request has been neglected several times, and when I am given sauce it's a usually no more than one container per box/fry. When I ask for extra, they either simply (beforehand, when placing my order) don't give me any more or give me only one more. I think I speak for a majority of people when I say that one sauce is certainly not enough for 12 nuggs. About 60% of the time I am given no napkins. On top of all that, the atmosphere is pitifully dreary and the attitudes of the workers are dismissive, disengaging, dull, and melancholy. I feel like I'm ordering food from a cemetery. Please avoid this chick fil a unless you just order their food to fund the company.Kindly,A frequently dissatisfied customer
