My order contained a large fries and some sauces. The workers gave me LESS THAN HALF of an actual large fries (seems smaller than a small fries) and crammed all of the sauces into the fries container. What a scam! See photos

We had a great experience at this Chick fil a while traveling through Knoxville. Both Dawn & Sierra went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. They helped us clean up when our kids spilled milk. It was a relief to get such helpful service!

I come in to pick up my food, try to leave, and an employee of the establishment harasses me at my car window after waiting less than 30 sec for a break in rush hour traffic on Kingston pike to turn onto the road.

The dude was literally trying to wave me to pull out on the arterial road with 50 mph+ traffic still approaching, and blocking my visibility of approaching vehicles. Never in my life have I been subject to such a safety hazard, and I am a courier working for onTrac, (so that's impressive)

It almost looked like the guy was about to step ONTO (!) the travel lane of Kingston Pk in an attempt to stop traffic and force me to pull out. Incredibly unsafe and unprofessional.

Very clean, Team member Ryan at the cash register understood that I'm Deaf and don't know sign language but read my note for my order was just right!!! Great service!!!

So the customer service is just terrible. They gave me the wrong food which I didn’t find out until I got home but at the window, I noticed that my drink was wrong. It was the right drink wrong size and I said something and all they said was sorry that’s what they charged for. I’m like understand let’s just re-ring it so I can get what I want and like sorry that’s what they charge you for, so I should’ve just got a refund and turned all the food back in the little did I know the food order was wrong too terrible service

I order on the app a spicy chick biscuit and when I arrived they didn't have my order cause they sold the last one I should have got my money back but instead they have me a reg chicken biscuit
