We had a great experience at this Chick fil a while traveling through Knoxville. Both Dawn & Sierra went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our meal. They helped us clean up when our kids spilled milk. It was a relief to get such helpful service!

I don’t know what going on with their Sprite but every time I go order Sprite in drive thru it tastes like club soda. Not a lick of lemon lime. They are always out of sprite or maybe they don’t think of changing it.
