Me and my friends walked a mile and a half to get ice cream and fries at 7 pm food was good fries came out a bit late but good

Have nothing but great things to say until tonight. My order was given to another person, it was in their car long enough to look through it. He gave it back then they proceeded to give it to me. I was like it's the same food? They said they rebagged it but the same food. I'm like it was in his car for a while. They said he didn't touch it and they rebagged it. You don't give people food once it's been inside their car. If it were me I know I would have eaten some fries in that amount of time at very least he had to check it to know it wasn't his. I did what should have been done and threw it out. Wish my last meal there would have at least been something I could have eaten.
As a former CFA employee, specifically a morning prep worker, I am saddened to say this was the most pitiful grilled cook wrap I have ever received. They were unwilling to customize my order, stating they can remove certain ingredients but weren’t willing to add pickles. Weird, but no big deal. I received the cool wrap and was appalled at how little ingredients were in it. And I’m not talking about the number of ingredients, I am mentioning quantity. Especially for 8$. I was coming from an OB appt where I had to fast for 14 hours and had been on a strict diet, and was so excited for this meal! I got other items which were good, so I saved the wrap for my house. I’ve attached photos. The ingredients barely even touched the edges of the wrap, I was eating mainly tortilla, and the lettuce was not fresh at all and wilted. Not to mention there was little to no chicken in it. Extremely disappointed and honestly wishing I had opened it there so I could return it and get my money back, or ask for a different one.

Do not go here. We walked in at 8:30 and were welcomed with stares and uncomfortable tension. About 4 tables were available out of the entire dining room, the rest were blocked off with chairs. We sat down and were quickly told that the “prep” area was shut down and they could not make my nieces salad. Then, I received my very disgusting and undercooked chicken strips. Finally, my grandmothers sandwich bread was not toasted. Overall, this store made it seem like we were a nuisance to be dining there… 2 hours before they closed.

We ordered and paid for mobile breakfast pickup, but we were told when we got there at 10:32 that they no longer served breakfast. We would have been on time if it wasn’t for the worker talking so long to the car in front of us. I know it’s back there just serve it - after all I already paid for it. To top it off after we switched to the normal menu they didn’t even have chicken ready. We had to wait 10 minutes for basic chicken sandwiches. Plus we had to drive back into the jungle of a parking lot to park in the mobile pickup spots which is why we ordered pickup through the drive thru in the first place. I don’t see how a chicken restaurant doesn’t have chicken ready to serve and these strict rules for breakfast times have got to go.

Leaving something out of the bag is fine, people forget things. But when I, a customer who has already paid you my hard earned money for a service, walk back in and not one but TWO little children that I ask for my dressing walk away to get it then start doing something else completely, that is UNACCEPTABLE. Since you all don’t seem to have anyone to teach you how customer service works, let me help you…. A customer who has already paid you their hard earned money takes priority over that bag you’re running out the door or whatever they were showing you on the computer. I will never be back and I will be calling to get my money back. DO BETTER!!!!
This location is terrible. First off, it seems every time I’ve given this location another chance it’s the same old song and dance. I ordered two orders of chicken minis today and the “chicken” was actual crumbs. Of course I tried to contact the restaurant and they don’t even answer the phone and receive “voicemail box is full” message. This location is terrible and they continue to operate this way without repercussions. I’d only visit here if you’d like to pay for crumbs of food and stale items. Numerous occasions the food has been so stale it’s non consumable. I don’t have time to drive back and forth to the restaurant every time they give terrible, stale items.
Parking: They have curbside parking but all of the spaces get taken up by random people dining in without regard to actual curbside customers.

Save yourself some trouble when ordering shakes from them and either don't order shakes or bring a container with an enclosed lid. Twice in a row I've ordered shakes from them and resulted in a messy car seat or floor board due to bad roads in Knoxville and melted drinks. This time around, the drinks were made first and sat on the counter with them for 10 minutes while waiting for over a dozen orders to get fries, allowing them to thaw enough to make a wonderful mess. The lids don't help, with the unnecessarily giant hole in the top.

Sold out of everything all the time and “can’t do a no salt fry at this location”. Fries tasted like they had been sitting in grease and recooked. So I’m sure they had been sitting under a heat lamp and that’s why they can’t cook fresh food. I drive out of my way to avoid this location. It’s also a nightmare to get in and out of. Look at the other reviews. Avoid this location.

Don't like this Chick-fil-A in fountain City. They don't treat their seniors right. Ask for a senior discount on just tea and they couldn't give it to me but on a small. How selfish is that
Super fast and super friendly. This location has never messed up my order. Even threw in some extra garlic herb ranch, which is the bomb
