Service is usually great at this location, but today my family ordered a nugget meal and a salad. Once home, we realized the salad was completely missing. We have called this location 7 times and it never rings but goes to a donation voicemail. We have left messages and have not heard back. This store charged us $9.49 for food they did not provide and now owes me $9.49 plus tax. I have not uploaded a photo because the food does not exist.

I’ve been going to this Chick Fil A for around 7-8 years with no issues at all. Unfortunately, I got a pretty bad case of food poisoning from here when I ordered the chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, a large fry, and a large half sweet tea half lemonade on 3/15/24 at around 6pm. I have zero tolerance for food poisoning and I doubt I am ever going to come back here.
